Jacquie has been excellent. She quickly identified that a lot of Sprockets issues were diet related and gave us lots of advice on feeding. Once that was sorted, she helped us wide a wide range of issues including general puppy behaviours and really bad separation anxiety. Her advice and guidance was always easy to understand and do on a daily basis; so it never became a chore. She was on hand when we needed her and gave further tips and alternative ideas when Sprocket needed a bit more help. Sprocket is growing into a lovely dog and we’re now able to leave him in the house alone - when we started he couldn’t manage a few minutes in a different room on his own! We’re really grateful to Jacquie for helping us during these first few months.
