Kirsty arrived right on time and started by explaining nutrition and 1st steps with us. When introduced to Charlie she immediately set the tone and Charlie responded really well. We have a task on our hands but appreciate that if we are consistent in our approach and put in the time and effort to teach Charlie that he is not in charge we will get results.

Very helpful advice and then showing us how to manage Dougal. He is, currently, responding well and walking him is much easier.

Kirsty listened and gave us clear instructions. Our lives have changed having implemented all the strategies given to us by Kirsty. It hasn’t been easy as I have wanted to give in to Poppy more than once, but we have been consistent and now reaping the rewards.

It was lovely meeting Kirsty. She understood exactly the issues I have with Barney. She was easy to get on with & everything was explained well. It was very interesting to learn that diet has a lot to do with his behaviour. When Barns was introduced, he took to the new rules well & learned quickly. Kirsty's training was spot on & I couldn’t believe how quickly Barney changed. He’s a different dog. She has helped both of us, he is more relaxed & I am less stressed, so a big thank you!

We engaged Kirsty because we were concerned about our ten month old lurcher’s prey drive. We have owned several lurchers over the years but never one with such a determined hunting instinct at such a young age, or where our usual recall efforts failed miserably 99/100. We were also finding that she was becoming increasing ‘unruly’ generally: pulling on her lead, demanding affection, siting on furniture (or laps) uninvited, etc. Kirsty enabled us to recognise the patterns in our pup’s behaviour and, via some surprisingly simple but immediately effective exercises, to take back control and to reinstate the proper pack hierarchy. We have been genuinely taken aback by how quickly these changes have taken place (including in our behaviour!) and how much more contented our dog is. Fingers crossed, once we’re confident we have absolute authority domestically, we will be able to transfer this control to the great outdoors.
