Gina has been fantastic with my nervous, reactive little boy Dennis and a great support to me. Knowledgeable and experienced, Gina asked all the right questions from day 1 and has provided a wealth of advice and recommendations for us to take forward. Gina spotted straight away some helpful changes to make at home, starting with a few training techniques for us to implement, without it feeling overwhelming. Dennis has tummy issues, controlled through diet, so the ‘no treat training’, instead using voice tone and body language, has been invaluable and took away the stress of trying to find treats that don’t affect his tummy. I was sceptical about Dennis doing what I asked without the lure of a treat, but it really does work and many of his commands are now excellent, while all have improved! Dennis’s confidence is growing and I am sure it will continue to do so with all the training methods in place. I would highly recommend Gina to anyone needing help and support with their doggie. I only wish that instead of buying copious amounts of toys, treats and beds when I first received my dog that I had found Barkbusters and bought the training right away. Gina has been absolutely brilliant. Very professional, very experienced, insightful, easy to understand and has already, after one session only, give me confidence and my home is much more relaxed. So far, no more being pinned down and feverishly licked, gone is the leg humping, I can now read and message friends in peace. Already things seem to be falling into place nicely with simple behavioural changes on my part. I’m very much looking forward to a more harmonious, happy and healthy relationship with my little dog. Fantastic session. Gina was friendly and relaxed and taught us how to communicate with our dog in a way to reduce his stress levels and take back leadership in our home to basically make him redundant from his protector role and into a more relaxed little fella.
