Jacquie was brilliant, so helpful, knowledgeable, and experienced. She didn't make me feel silly for not getting things right or for having been trained by my dog! She made me feel confident and looking forward to doing all of the exercises and homework.

Early days but Hugo is unrecognisably better on the lead. He is also much better at not rushing out of doors. We still have some work to do on behaving when the doorbell rings but visitors have noticed a big improvement. He is still not good at meeting other dogs but the water spray does calm him down and we have had some non aggressive meetings with smaller dogs and I have great hopes of future improvements. We have changed his diet and he does enjoy the new food but it's obviously too soon to know if his behaviour has been affected.

Was done in a relaxed and friendly way, didn't feel that I was being judged by my dogs behaviour, also had good advice from Jacquie ref feeding times for my dogs.

Jacquie is an excellent trainer, Tosh feels at ease with Jacquie and responded to the training from the first lesson, Jacquie explains the training in an easy to understand and through format leaves you with your own training schedule to follow and when to make contact to discuss progress, reassuring to know Jacquie is only a phone call away if you have a problem, I also like how Jacquie listens to your concerns with your dog and comes up with answers and reassurance, first class all the way.

Very informative took time to make sure we both understood what we had to do and what not to do

After 1st session, pulling on the leads was much improved. I can now walk both (big dogs!) without the need for a harness, with loose leads on collars, without charging!! Visitors to the house get a much more, quiet, polite welcome. Can now get both dogs to stay by me when doggie friends spotted. It's a relief for them not to charge over to say a big hello! Hardy, flat coat is somewhat belligerent about the new regime, but he is coming round slowly...Thomas, lab, has been very good with the training. Thoroughly recommend Jacqui, understood completely what we were looking to do. Both dogs not naughty, just very friendly, excitable and big, so we needed much better control, and that's what we are getting. There is no magic wand, it's training everyday and being consistent....but it works. Thank you

Jacquie was very thorough with her questions and took some time getting to know my dog holly, everything she said actually made sense and the training ideas have really helped holly and I work together with her issues. I would definitely recommend Jacquie and bark busters.

what a difference from day 1. I would not have believed it. We have managed to put into place all that we have been advised to do. Will continue to do so and hope to have more control over Jack as the weeks progress.
