Absolutely outstanding experience-Kevin is extremely professional and the difference in Bella and Chloe's behaviour was remarkable within minutes. The training techniques have transformed our lives. The fact that Kevin will always be available for extra support/advice is reassuring.

Kevin explained everything really well, then showed me how to put this into action with my dog, the training itself is easy to understand it's now a case of taking Kevin's expertise and carrying on with it, it's definitely a good idea having the homework that Kevin has left for me, before Kevin left I certainly have different behaved dog I'm very happy with how the training went.

Utterly amazing results. We are on the way to having a well behaved Stan. It was a pleasure to meet Kevin and found his methods WORK! Stan thoroughly enjoyed his zoomies with Kevin's dogs and the change in his behaviour already is noticable! I would recommend Kevin to anyone who wanted to correct unwanted behaviour in their dog. The training I had today was more than I expected and virtually instant results, which was something I was not expecting with Amber being a puppy. I found the training methods easy to understand and with practise I am more than confident they will become second nature!! I cannot express enough the gratitude I have for the company and Kevin McDonnell, our trainer. He did not rush through anything and I asked questions as and when I thought of them. Amazing - Yes it does exactly what it says it does. We have a pack of Corgis (our kids) and love them but from 3 kids to now 8, things just somehow get out of hand. Kevin explained the theory behind BarkBusters and quickly put us into training, not the dogs but us and the dogs. It was amazing that even the most stubborn of our gang soon took to the new rules and leadership and from us, not Kevin. We'll call him Yoda of the Dog world. Yes it's only day one but the marked improvement in our kids behaviour is unbelievable.Knowing that Kevin is there for us now for life is reassuring but somehow we believe we won't be needing to call on him too much if we stick to being in charge. Our only request is Kevin next time can we have better weather! Highly recommended.

We had a real problem with our 7 month old puppy Benji. He jumped up. Barked in his crate. Wouldn't be left alone. Would run off chasing things off the lead and was pulling so hard I had back ache when on the lead. I was really sceptical but by the end of two hours with Kevin in the comfort of our own home Benji was no longer jumping up, we knew what to do if he did. He was walking on the lead and we knew what to do to train him for recall. The difference it has made has been extraordinary. We can't believe it! Worth every penny.

We are so thankful to Kevin for his help! We initially were unsure as to how our Dachshund Milo would respond to the training being 5 years old but even after our first training session there was a huge difference! Our main issues was his behaviour towards other dogs on our walks (barking and growling) He now walks perfectly to heel on lead and is not fazed by other dogs at all! There is already a massive improvement off lead also with his main focus on my husband and I! Kevin has given us all the tools and advice to keep working on his behaviour and building up his confidence more and more going forward! He's always there to help if/when we need him! Everything was explained and broken down to us in a simple and easy to understand format, meaning we understood why he was behaving this way and when/how to use the corrections.

From the start Kevin put us at ease. Everything was explained clearly. We were surprised at how quickly our dogs responded to the training techniques introduced by Kevin. After 3 hours of practical exercises and reinforcement we feel confident that we can continue with the corrections given. A huge thank you to Kevin for what he did for us today, he has completely turned our dogs around in a way we would never have believed possible in such a short time, it was so nice to have been able to have walked our dogs down the street amongst other dogs without having them kick off!! Also lovely to have our other members of our family and their dogs together in such a relaxed atmosphere, would highly recommend, can't thank bark busters enough.

I contact Bark Busters to find out a few details and after speaking in detail to Kevin about my 14 week old puppy's behaviour, I knew I had to give it a try. Kevin advised all the issues would be manageable within one, 4 hour session at my own home. Kevin accommodated the visit to our availability and met us at home on a Saturday which made it very convenient. Kevin was friendly yet very professional throughout his session. He explained the training techniques and methods thoroughly and gave us the confidence to proceed with putting the training into practice. Kevin taught us how to interact with our puppy without the previous unwanted behaviour of biting and barking. Using the one, taught technique, it has corrected all behaviour allowing us to walk to heel on lead, to recall back to us when off the lead, to sit and wait for food without barking, stopped all biting and taking items such as shoes. We are only one day into the training without Kevin being here so now it's about us being consistent to ensure our puppy continues to respond to our commands. We are beyond pleased with Kevin's input, support and guidance. You have given us the confidence to train Buddy into the pet therapy dog we would like him to be. Thank you. May and Ruth

As first time dog owners, we felt we needed some help and a different approach with our lively 9 month old Japanese Spitz. Kevin was great. His method was very clear, easy and made a lot of sense to us as previous training methods ( treats, rewards etc) have not really worked with him. Jasper responded immediately to the BB training and Kevin never made us feel like failed parents! We are excited about using and practising the training methods in the coming months.
