Kirsty visited myself and my Labrador Bessie on 18.12 23. As soon as she came into the house, it was obvious that Bessie was comfortable and respected Kirsty. Initially, Kirsty explained about the training and asked about my concerns she explained how to overcome them, and she showed me training techniques, which I then had to practice. I am confident that when I put in the training which Kirsty showed us I will have a happy and well behaved dog. If I have problems I know that I can contact Kirsty and she has respond quickly.

I have tried to follow her examples and have just read the notes on walking as this is something I am struggling with and if I cannot correct I will email Kirsty for more advise. Don't worry to much as I know you are not at full fitness with your injured leg and this will make training a bit harder at the moment. Kirsty was lovely, on her first visit we sat and went through all sorts of details, including the potential difficulties that we may well come up against, given our pups breed and our living arrangements. Pup is a border collie x springer spaniel and we live aboard our narrowboat. She kept in touch in a regular basis and came out to us when we needed her help. Sadly, though absolutely nothing to do with Kirsty, it became fairly obvious that our situation was never going to work out for us or puppy so the heartbreaking decision was made to rehome her with a more suitable family home. Bark Busters training will continue with whoever is in the new area.
