Lynn has been to assess our dogs today & I am now feeling very positive about the future with them both. Things have become gradually worse with both dogs starting to show aggression to other dogs, general behaviour deteriorating & recall virtually non-existent. We have a long road ahead but will be putting our absolute all into to the programme that Lynn has worked out for us - it was obvious in watching her & practising the training with her guidance today that our dogs CAN and WILL be well behaved. We learnt so much & Lynn was able to guide us without putting us down or making us feel silly or useless. Worth every penny so far & we only started today.

The session was interesting and extremely helpful in building my confidence in handling Missy and in leading her to behave correctly and to stop behavioral problems from worsening. Although I could see problem developing, I didn't know how to stop them. It very quickly became apparent that we were falling into the Rescue Dog trap!

We have previously used behaviourists but their methods of trying to prevent Jet's bad behaviour were impractical and did not work. Lynn gave us instructions which have helped control Jet's barking. She also now walks well on the lead. We highly recommend Lynn as her methods have improved Jet's behaviour

Very good in-depth session, far more involved than I thought it would be. Lynn made several recommendations which we have already put in place and have started to see improvement with Loki already. There is still some way to go with him, but at last I feel we are on the right ladder.

After getting a new puppy I decided to enlist the help of a trainer to set myself and Larry off with the best start possible for us both. I found Bark Busters online and the set me up with Lynn as my trainer. Larry wasn't my first dog and although my previous staffy had been pretty well behaved, I knew I had made some mistakes as well as discovering that Larry is a totally different personality. Therefore I wanted expert guidance before problems arose. I found many trainers online, but it was important to me that the trainer come to my home. That's what made Bark Busters stand out to me. I also felt totally reasurred by the guarantee. I opted for the year guarantee due to Larry being a puppy, which Lynn agreed should be fine. The first visit, Lynn was with us for four hours. She is a lovely, down to earth lady. She is very approachable and did not make me feel daft or silly with any questions I had. She was very reassuring and clear with her training and most of all, gave me confidence in how to train Larry. I was struggling to bond with Larry, but very soon after Lynns' first visit, the bond started to kick in. Larry and I have had our second visit today to help with lead training. Also, due to very difficult family circumstances that I am going through, some of the training Lynn had advised during her first visit, had gone a bit 'Pete Tong' . Lynn was very sympathetic and understanding and not only did not tell me off for not following the training to a T, she reasurred me that Larry is actually coming along well and gave me the encouragement I needed to continue with the training. It helps so much, knowing that Lynn is there to call on. I can't recommend Lynn and Bark Busters enough.

The training was very thorough and covered every area that we needed help with. Lynn spent time with all of us, making sure that we all understood what we needed to do.

Within half an hour Buddy was listening to Lynn and the feedback I received from Lynn on how to tackle his dominance in the home was crucial. He is now much better behaved and calmer in the home. Lynn taught me techniques to also try and stop Buddy barking as passers by when out pavement walking which have worked some of the time, so in the progress report I provided to Lynn 14 days after our meet she has also advised how to tackle this further and I will keep her updated. We contacted Bark Busters as a last resort having considered.not being able to keep Maisie due to severe food aggression and very bad recall behaviour. Lynn was able to connect with Maisie from the start and clearly explained the issues to us relating them to the perspective of our 7 month old puppy. She patiently worked with Maisie and us to control and improve the issues and gave a clear training plan for us to work with. Lynn has always been available with good advice and guidance and as a result of her training we are now able to enjoy our normal spirited Springer.

Extremely helpful although I found it hard to take everything in but with the help of the training instructions I am making progress with Daisy. Perhaps two visits to cover what we did on 19/11 and to include more time on recall which I know I am going to need more help from Lynn on. When I phone Lynn after 14 days I will be asking her to return, I think Lynn will be expecting that. Lynn is a very good instructor and I was very happy with the time she spent with us.

Lynn explained every aspect of why Poppy was behaving as she was and how we were exacerbating the situation by letting her think she was looking after us. Once we got the hang of showing her we didn't need her to look after us, she calmed down and went off to her bed. We are steadily increasing the time she can be left alone, she may whinge a bit but not like she was before, screaming, pacing and throwing herself at the gate or door. Lead walking is improving with practice - I take her for a walk now. All the information given is clear and was explained to us. We also changed Poppy on to a natural diet which she absolutely loves. It was a lot of money to pay out in one go but worth it to get the help we needed and to know that we can go back at any time in the next year for more help and advice should we need it.

I learned so much about Alfie and he is like a different dog after only a few days of putting the training into action. The biggest thing for me is he was barking so much and wouldn't sleep in his bed. He doesn't bark anymore, he sleeps in jus own bed and is so much happier. Thank you for letting me enjoying my lovely little dog again after only three hours of training.

Lynn was absolutely brilliant. My partner and i have a lot of bad habits when it comes to our dog Honey, she rules our house. Lynn was very patient though and trained us as well as trained Honey. We're noticing a difference in her behavior already.
