It’s been one week since our first lesson, we have been working hard to support Bonnie both at home and out walking which is already having a positive effect on Bonnie’s behavior.

First met Lyn Prentice on 18th September First impression- very nervous- after three hours what a difference- No barking at the front door - now sleeping in the utility area- what a difference- no barking or whining -the walks are getting better - Lily is the best Bailey improving well - Always on a lead from the front door to go outside - some of the things passed on were so simple but effective. With the BAH - Bailey sometimes ignores us in the back garden witwalkers going on the bridle way. We would like to arrange another appointment within another two weeks if possible.

Pre lesson communication was excellent. I knew exactly what to expect. Lynn was patient in understanding Shelley's needs and very explicit, even blunt, in her work to offer help. I was not always immediately receptive, but have stuck at it. She is using the cage every day in the car and appears to have accepted it. Am using calming tablets of longer car journeys and she is noticably less worried. Will keep on at it. Thank you.

I am very pleased with everything Lynn taught her during the lesson. Toby is now not barking all the time, only sometimes he barks at other dogs but is not getting over excited when he sees a dog he knows. Toby is not follow me in and out of rooms as he was doing and is sitting and waiting on demand which is amazing. I am also able to leave Toby for 20 minutes with out him getting anxious and I will be continuing his training to increase this until I am able to leave him for 2 hours, it is so nice to know that I can leave him and not worry about him getting stressed.

Really enjoyed are session and Lynn was an excellent teacher
