From the moment Lynn arrived we knew we were in hands of a professional. She took time to learn about the background of the situation and clearly demonstrated the actions we needed to take and worked through the steps with us until we understood. The main issue was fear based aggression to strangers coming into the house and persistent barking when the doorbell rang. The dogs responded pretty quickly. By the end of the session we had a calm dog in his bed with a ‘stranger' in the house for the first time. It was nothing complicated just needed to be shown and now we have to be consistent as a family. Really liked Lynn's no nonsense approach and can't thank her enough for giving us hope that this can be resolved.

Absolutely excellent. Lynn definitely knew her stuff and trained us as a family at the same time as Bear. We couldn't believe the difference in him in such a short period. We are continuing with the suggested training techniques, and Bear has improved even more in this time. I would definitely recommend Lynn as a trainer, and in fact I already have. Thank you very much, things actually seem a lot more positive now.

Fantastic help from a fantastic dog worker! 3 weeks after one session and Lily is almost a different dog. Amazing how 3 and a half hours can make a world of difference. Still not perfect but vast improvements have been made

One week on and I'm still shocked how instant the changes were. After a 3 hour visit Barney was responding immediately and positively to the new rules. It really is changing our lives for the better and we have a much more calm and content dog!

The training with Lynn was extremely informative for us , it enabled us to understand pretty quickly the signals we had had been misreading and how trained winter & bailey had the whole house - this alone has transformed the behaviour of our dogs almost instantly and we are able adjust our behaviour to get the result needed, the incessant barking has almost completely stopped and with the training and the new collars it is an absolute joy to walk Winter without fear of being dragged down the road - we still have a way to go but in all my years of having dogs this has been the single most valuable training session we have had - cannot recommend enough

Lynn was understanding, encouraging and non-judgmental. I enjoyed the time with her and feel hopeful and confident I can overcome Lara's issues after just one session. There is a lot for me to learn but seeing Lynn in my home, working with my dog in “real” situations was very helpful. I have an action plan that started today. Thank you SO MUCH.
