Frankie was a difficult dog with lots of anxiety issues. Neil taught us to better understand Frankie's issues and to support him with a more structured approach. He is 3 yrs old now and while not completely okay with other dogs and some situations he has matured into a very obedient and very affectionate dog who we completely adore, thanks for all the advice and training Neil, it really did help

Excellent progress being made in a short time

Neil was great and was non judgmental and made all of us feel at ease.

Neil was great, very clear instructions and friendly and helpful. He made me feel positive about my dog's behaviour in the future.

Neil made the session both relaxing and enjoyable. It was a hot day so we didn't venture too far and didn't get to witness many of Pips 'quirks' however, given its me that needs to apply some new behaviours, I can work on changes on my part and look forward to the next session with Neil.

So far some improvements have been made but only been training for 1 week so far, I’m happy with the service so far
