Buddy is very nervous around new people and we were very worried about how he would react to Neil but Neil did great at calming us down and knew exactly what to do with Buddy. Although Neil has not successfully made contact with him yet it is clear he will do a thorough process to avoid overwhelming Buddy. We discussed our wishlist with him and Neil had an answer to all! As it has only been one session there aren't many improvements just yet but i know if we listen to our trainer and put the work in, Buddy will be an all-round good boy.

Neil was very friendly and put us at ease - he showed us techniques we can use with ruby when walking her to help manage her aggression towards other dogs and whilst it's not an overnight fix, we've begun to see results within the first week

It was a very good first session and we have seen immediate improvements in Teddy's behaviour. Still lots to do but a very promising start.

First home visit. Identified issues in the home but unable to observe and therefore tackle the issues with other dogs on this visit. Good diagnostic introduction. Looking forward to working on the solutions.

Excellent first session, amazing what was achieved by Neil. Very pleased with trainer and outcomes.

We instantly warmed to Neil and his friendly manner with our dog. I loved that he included my two children in discussions and training. I felt I could be open and honest with Neil about issues and he was very reassuring. He supported us with humour and understanding and I have full confidence in his skills and knowledge of dogs and training. We all thoroughly enjoyed the initial session and activities left have been fun, helpful and are achievable. I felt very relieved and optimistic after the first session and am looking forward to future training.

Neil was very polite, listened carefully to all Montys issues, Marking the house, separation anxiety, general being the boss of me and my partner, and showed us how to become leader of the pack he answered any questions we had, since the visit it has been a week of a different dog and I am happy that Monty is happy , it is still a working progress and I am still learning to undo my old habits but so far so good :) I would highly recommend Neil he is very knowledgeable! ...
