Minnie behaved well and didn't quite know what to do, but the things that Neil showed us and discussed with the family are currently being put into practice and she seems to be making progress.

Very calm & Regan took to Neil straight away. Looking back now I could see Neil taking everything in. Every look & movement. The homework has not been too much - or too little. & Regan has started to respond in some situations. Neil has been on hand for updates too. Still need to start the journey to tackle 2 areas but overall pleased with the journey so far.

Neil was very friendly , my puppy loved him they bonded very quickly. Neil helped me with lead pulling, I have putting the skills in place and it's working really well , my puppy is responding I'm very happy.

It was held over Zoom, but Neil clearly knows his stuff. Even after a couple of hours with him we are more aware of what we can do and what the issues are with our dog. Looking forward to working with Neil in the future.

Neil, sorry for the delay in replying to your mail ,we have both benefitted from your visit as it has given us a starting point to begin the training of both Bella and myself,some initial sit and wait before picking cheese up, which is as a result of your training recommendations, we have both benefitted from it and now Christmas is over we can continue it on a more regular basis. Very good training session for us Nala responded instantly and has since continued to improve. She seems more relaxed and settled at home now and is even improving outside on walks.

Totally amazing can't believe how quick Neil got benji to do things

Very pleased with info given, Neil demonstrates a good understanding of training & behaviour in dogs. We found the 1:1 training is far better than community based classes. Neil arrived at the stipulated time & spent over 21/2 hrs with us & the dog. We look forward to the next lesson & appreciate the written lesson plans for us to carry on with.

Neil made us all feel very comfortable . Clearly Neil loves dogs and this was very apparent. Within one week we have noticed a slight change to Eric's “bad manners”. We look forward to our next meeting.
