Sharon first visited us in late 2018 after we had not long had our two collie pups and soon realised we had bitten off more then we could chew. From day one Sharon has given us invaluable advice and support that has helped us become better owners and teach our dogs the skills they need to lead a life that all of us can enjoy. Sharon has been quick to respond via email whenever we have had questions and re visited us at home when needed, going out into our local area with us when the problem needed to be addressed outside the home. We can't recommend her enough and would advise getting the life time guarantee as new problems can and will crop up and it's reassuring to know the support is still there.

She listened then advised and talked about the practicalities of how to carry out better practices. She didnt overwhelm me with too much information and patiently repeated how to carry out the tasks. I worked with the dogs as she corrected and encouraged me. I felt so much better about my relationship with the dogs . It is proving difficult to get them to change but i am not going to give up. After adopting a ten month old golden retriever, and trying our very best to settle and train her for four months Sharon came in to train the humans! She was always punctual,professional and we were always left with positive training home work.Training was backed up with articles online,immediate response to questions and concerns. Our only wish is that we got help as soon as we adopted, because although other people are very kind in passing on advise etc it can be confusing both to the owner and the dog you are helping. Thank you so much.

Sharon was really nice and put me at ease as I was nervous before seeing her. Maddy was in another room for a while whilst Sharon talked us through what she was going to do and a brief layout of following visits. She gave specific "homework" for us to do with Maddy and I've been working with her every day. I have to admit its exhausting for me,,,but slowly slowly Maddy is getting the idea, she is still only a baby after all. I'm sure that as we progress through the training both Maddy and I will get there.

Good start. Plenty of info and advice to start training

It was everything I'd hoped for and more. I had guessed that most of the problems would lie with me; Sharon more or less confirmed this and set about showing me where I was going wrong and how to rectify with some pretty basic training exercises that Charlie actually seems to enjoy. The problem I experience with Charlie is his running up to other dogs barking. Sharon explained that we need to start at the beginning by building up confidence in both of us and mastering his recall.

First consultation was fantastic! Sharon was brilliant with the advice and guidance, helping us to recognise why our dog was behaving the way she was. The strategies she has recommended; we noticed a difference quite quickly. We look forward to our next session with Sharon.

Very informative and intense but a lot of the training given is working and dogs seem more relaxed but still some way to go. Sharon was excellent.

Sharon was very helpful explaining everything in an easy to understand way.Sharon was professinal,patient and friendly and informative,following Sharons advice and guidance we have already seen an improvement in our dog.

Very pleased with the first lesson. I have changed Ted's food as advised by Sharon. No problem with that, he just tucked in. Ted pulls on the lead and Sharon has advised me how to combat this. This is a work in progress. Trying to follow all the advice given and looking forward to further help. Thank you.
