Shauna was really friendly put me at ease straight away, listened and wasn't judgemental at all. We went out with luna who did display the behaviour in question. Shauna worked with me, then observed and coached me implementing the training out with luna. I don't know what wizardry has been done but 6 days on and the behaviour hasn't been displayed since I have also been able to call luna away from other dogs ending playtime, with exercises to do inside the home too my confidence has grown and Luna is letting me decide when home time is! I'm sure there will be blips along the way but I know how to deal with them and Shauna is there if needed

We rescued Max in December 2024. He was born on the streets and when he came to us from rescue/foster, he was extremely timid. He also had no idea of recall. Taking him out for a walk was awful, his tail permanently tucked under him. Any traffic that went passed he shook. Any people in front or behind us, he panicked. We got as far as we could with him and there was slight improvement but we decided to get in touch with Bark Busters when we realised we couldn't do anymore to help him. Within 30 minutes of me emailing Bark Busters, a lady rung me to discuss Max's problems. She said that the person who was most suited to Max's needs, was a lady called Shauna and booked us in for a Training session. It's the best thing we could have done for Max. Shauna was great with him. She taught us how to help deal with his problems by showing us certain techniques and explained that it can take a while but with practice we would get there in the end. I would definately recommend Bark Busters to anyone that needs help with their dog.

From the minute Shauna entered our home, she was reading Matty's behaviour brilliantly and got the measure of him really quickly, including what WE were doing to prompt the unwanted behaviour. She left us with very clear instructions on how to overcome our challenging, with clear actions and things to practice. We were very impressed and are very confident in Shauna.

It was so good to meet Shauna and after discussing Rosie and her problems, we felt more confident that with Shauna's help we could learn to control Rosie's barking and help her with her socializing. Although we have had several dogs in the past, also looked after other peoples dogs, we have never rescued a foreign dog before. Rosie probably had quite a bad time in the shelter and maybe had to stand up for herself. We also realize that we have a lot to learn as well so hopefully in a while life will be smoother for us all.

We have three very reactive small dogs making it difficult for people to come to the house and one dog being particularly bad with other dogs, joggers and cyclists. After one session with Shauna and some extremely practical advice, the improvement is already amazing. Dogs not pulling on the lead and far quieter in the house. I was concerned that the advice was going to be complicated and hard to follow but absolutely not the case. Every change we made was explained clearly and then we practised it. The other good thing is that Shauna explained how the dogs were feeling so we realised that their behaviour was not necessarily what we had assumed. Can not recommend enough, has made such a difference. Really important that the advice is followed every time as that is how you see the best results. Brilliant.
