Shauna was a really friendly young lady. After an in depth conversation about my two dogs she introduced herself to them by starting the training right away. I think they were a little confused at first but they soon caught on.She explained everything we should do step by step. We practiced in the house and outside, it was quite impressive how quickly they took notice. On completion of the session I was sent a written confirmation of everything that had happened and what I should continue doing. I was also given contact details if I need help in any way before our next lesson. I am really feeling the benefit.

I found Shauna very friendly and informative. All her instructions were very clear and made perfect sense. Although still a way to go I have noticed a big improvement following her instructions. I am very impressed so far.

On our first session Shauna taught us how to stop Beau barking at the door and jumping up at visitors, it was amazing, I couldn't believe how quickly he picked it up. I am really looking forward to what else we can teach him to be a good, happy, calm dog.

Professional and informative, took the time to explain the training process and how to apply it. Practical walking and initial training session first class and tailored to suit. The importance of consistency and continuity emphasised and now that I have started to be trained I now have to apply the lessons

Great first lesson and the puppy enjoyed the tasks and training and is already showing huge signs of improvement and learning from one session.

Simply put Shauna was fantastic. From the moment she walked in I felt at ease and little Louie got on with her straight away. She was calm and focused solely on myself and my puppy. I cannot recommend Bark Busters but especially Shauna enough. The care and attention she showed Louie (Border Terrier at the time 14 weeks) was fantastic and since her initial visit training is going very well.

very pleased as Bee's behaviour improved dramatically within minutes and has continued since then. Still some way to go but the trainer was very supportive and has checked on progress. Highly recommend our trainer.

Totally got what shauna was talking about, and the theory. This really helped me apply my actions and I'm already seeing a behavioural change in Derick.

Shauna is a very gifted & understanding therapist & I look forward to working with her as our puppy matures.
