Ben was amazing. He explained everything in detail ensuring that I understood each step for getting Ted to a good place. He was very patient with both Ted and myself. I don't know where I would be without his support. Thank you.

We were really impressed with Ben, he talked through everything with us before he began interaction with Sascha and he showed us lots of tips and ideas to help with our traing of Sascha.

Ben was very good at helping us understand Reggie’s behaviour + how to get better control of him. Some things have worked instantly whereas others will need further practice. Hopefully Ben will return in a few weeks to work further on these. Overall though, a very good experience.
