Under foot treats practiced and carried out satisfactorily
Obedience training in house and garden still working on. Sometimes does as she is told when she feels like it.
Passive leadership getting better slowly. Does not always do anything when let out into the back garden when requested but getting better on the 2nd visit to the door. Has been sitting down when people come into the house but soon forgets and tries to slope towards them on the carpet.
Still jumps about in car when left to go into shop.

30th January 2017Tina Edwards dealt with:
This was such a positive experience and has enabled us to start taking the first steps towards having happy and safe dogs. It was so helpful to see the mistakes we were making with them but more importantly helping us to correct the behaviour and increasing our confidence. Tina also discussed issues like diet - something we had never thought about previously.
I so enjoy helping families and their dogs! Diet plays such a massive part in a dog's life, just like it does to our children, it can create excess energy causing quite unwanted behaviour! A great session and dogs that have lots of potential to be the best they can be!

30th January 2017Tina Edwards dealt with:
Fantastic session, thank you Tina.
Tina was fab, she made everyone feel really comfortable with zero judgement and explained everything in detail. By the end of our initial 3 hour session Opie was already displaying better behaviour and listening to our instructions. Normally he'd not appreciate a visitor in our house showing signs of aggression but his tail was wagging in Tina's company as we showed him the reassurance he needed to understand Tina was our guest and we are top dog. It's been almost a week and we feel we are making some real progress. Trust me, it's hard work but the rewards are worth it when you know your pup is much happier as a result.
Everything bark busters told us and educated us on made sense.
Thank you and we look forward to working together for the next 12 months.
Opie is a slightly shy young boy who had thought it was his job to guard the family which was a job far too big for him. Consequently he was getting lots of thing wrong, but now he's being shown and guided into a new way to behave around visitors and in other situations. Just important now to keep up the new way of communication with him to consolidate his training.

29th January 2017Alex Fraser dealt with:
We got in touch with Alex for help with our 2 year old Mastiff. Rollo jumps at certain people when they enter the house, has a tendency to pull on the lead when he see's another animal (cat, horse, fox) and barks aggressively at people passing our gate. On his first visit Alex was very informative and explained the reasons why Rollo was doing these behaviours and exactly how we were going to stop them. We have only seen Alex twice and already there is a big difference in Rollo on the lead and we can now walk past horses without him reacting (which we never thought we would be able to do)! We cant thank Alex enough and we look forward to what we can achieve with him and Rollo in the future.
I sometimes get a bit of dog envy when I work with bigger dogs, and Rollo was no exception - he is amazing!! He was a little giddy when we first met, but it's important a dog of his size doesn't jump up st people. He responded really well to the training both in the house and on his lead. He has since been to my house and calmly walked with my two dogs past a number of horses. I felt very proud of him and his Mum and Dad!!

28th January 2017Linda Dodsworth dealt with:
Linda was brilliant! I felt at ease talking with her. Buddy responded first time to her, with door manners, and then first time to me, I was absolutely gobsmacked! My husband was shocked when he came home from work, and buddy stayed still while I opened the door and he didn't get jumped all over. The hardest thing is changing our approach, but so far so good. Am looking forward to training when out walking. Linda was fantastic can't praise her enough! Thank you so much Linda.
Buddy is such a great dog and so easy to work with, although I did think I might have had my work cut out on first meeting him! Such a beautiful boy and one his owners can be so proud of. Looking forward to working with him at a later date. Well done Buddy.

27th January 2017Lynn Prentice dealt with:
Lynn was professional and helpful and gave us some very valuable tips and information. After only 15 minutes of work outside with Lynn there was a vast improvement in the way our dog walked and behaved on his lead. Now just two days on whilst continuing with the training exercises my husband was able to talk to a neighbour who had his dog with him and our dog stood quietly, the change is remarkable and it's like we have a new dog! We are more confident and looking forward to taking him further afield for new adventures in the future.

27th January 2017Kevin McDonnell dealt with:
We found Kevin McDonnell to be very knowledgeable. The advice was given in stages that were clear & informative & he also explained the reasons behind the behaviour rather than just the answers to the problems which enables you to correct the issues with the knowledge behind the problem.
Can't recommend highly enough it has been money well spent with a huge improvement even on day one.
Bovey Tracey, Devon (Testimonial)
26th January 2017Estelle Jackson dealt with:
Estelle made me feel that all was not lost with the training of 8 month old Scooby who had not had any of the basic rules of training during his first month at his first home(not mine). So Estelle was able to tell me Scooby was a naughty puppy and we had to start at the very beginning with boundaries set by me. This will be a long process but, I feel I'm making slow progress. Thank you Estelle I look forward to our next training session.
