Alex dealt with Jumping up, Pulling
Alex is great. Otis, my 2yr old GSD tried to floor him , ( nicely) as he came through the door. Alex handled it well. Working on it. It's less than a week in, and Otis is walking a lot better, I'm not being pulled from pillar to post, he's walking quite nicely by my side and with a loose lead. I can't wait to see how much more WE can learn. THANKS ALEX
In the past 12 years I have had the pleasure of working with a lot of GSDs, a number of which were nervous, resulting in them being over protective of their homes and their families. Otis on the other hand was a gentle giant, but he doesn’t appear to realise how big he is and he loves to jump up at friends and family entering his home. He can also be difficult to manage on lead when he becomes excited due to his size and strength. In order to teach any dog to work well to heel, it’s essential to get them listening to their owner around the home first when their dog is calm, so that the owner can start to refocus their dog when they become more adrenalised on a walk. Can’t wait to catch up with them both in a few weeks and we can do more heel work training and start to teach Otis recall.

Alex dealt with Chewing, Jumping up, Puppy Management
Love working with puppies as I get to spend time with them and watch them grow, develop and learn, and the owner has to put the work in on a daily basis to ensure they make their dog the best version of themselves. In reality, there is no quick fix with a puppy, which is why follow up support is essential, as they go though a lot of change and development in the first 12 to 18 months of their life. Frankie did really well on his first training session, and I can’t wait to catch up in a few weeks to continue his training.

Gavin dealt with Barking
We had a friendly informative meeting with Gavin who explained in great detail how our problems could be addressed and he explained that behaviour issues can take five or six weeks before they appear to be resolving. It is up to us to implement things necessary but I anticipate it will not be easy.
Thanks for the 5 stars. you made a great start on the day to develop your dogs confidence and a little everyday can make a big difference. Keep up the good work.
Cheers
Gavin

26th April 2026 - Neil Price
Neil dealt with Aggression, Barking, Jumping up, Pulling
Neil was very friendly and calming , I was nervous for me and my dog, I didn’t want him to think badly of either of us. He put us both at ease , explained why Bruno was behaving a bit badly , helped me to see how to change Bruno’s behaviour ( by retraining me ) . It is a work in progress, Bruno is definitely better , I just need to carry on and gain confidence when out with Bruno on our walks. Neil has given us a couple of homework exercises to do daily , which we are enjoying doing, Bruno especially, as it involves treats ! I am feeling positive that both Bruno and myself can both improve and have relaxing , stress free walks , meeting other dogs and people, without Bruno barking and lunging . Bruno is a 4 year old rescue, staffy crossed with a Frenchie and a boxer , I only got him in January and know nothing about him, he is super in the house with me , but anxious when meeting some people and dogs on walks , but with Neil’s help, I am now confident that Bruno can experience his best life, moving forward.
