Neil was brilliant and had a lovely manner with both us and our dog. He clearly explained why we are having the problems we have with our Labrador, which was very helpful and made a lot of sense to us. Our first session was great and after just a week we’re already seeing an improvement. Thank you Neil!

Kirsty arrived on time and had given easy to follow instructions for when she arrived. Our dog started to develop some unwanted behaviour following the death of our other dog. Gambit is older than when general training would be required and we were worried that you can’t teach an old dog new tricks. Straight away Kirsty was able to understand our requirements and quickly worked with us and Gambit to build up some initial training. Kirsty explained everything really well and in a way that made sense. she was very easy to talk to and we did not feel judged about our dogs behaviour. Within a very short amount of time she showed us a completely different side to Gambit. We continued the session outside with some walking exercises and these really had a positive impact. As well as the training Kirsty covered food requirements and gave us some excellent resources to look at. We have been following the guidance for just under 2 weeks, there is still some way to go however the time during and following our session has shown really positive improvement. The team are really easy to contact with follow-up questions before booking and this was reassuring for us. Going forwards we will likely need some more guidance/visits as we covered the initial work to be done but know there will be more to build on. We are happy with the session as it gave us enough to work with without feeling overloaded. The approach to training is excellent, it does not use treats, bribes or punishment but instead addresses the actual root causes of the behaviour and gives our dog a sense of a pack within the family and one where he knows what is expected of him. Absolutely blown away by the positive impact, would highly recommend.

Molly my 9 month old spaniel is doing very well under the guidance of trainer neil. She seems like a different dog, responding to our commands, recall is very good and she has become a very loving girl.

We had a really positive experience with the dog training for Teddy. The session was incredibly insightful and provided us with a deeper understanding of his behaviour and how to communicate more effectively with him. We learned techniques and tips that we had never come across before, and they’ve made a noticeable difference in our day-to-day interactions with him. Since the training, we’ve been putting a lot of what we learned into practice, and it’s been great to see Teddy respond so well. The guidance we received has not only helped improve Teddy’s behavior, but also strengthened our bond with him. We really appreciate the patience, knowledge, and supportive approach from Sarah throughout the process. We only wished we’d asked more questions.

fantastic trainer worked wonders with Hector, showed me how to train him properly. Hector responded to the training very well and has now become a lovely family dog

Neil came out to see Eric 1st visit for his barking,nice person.we chatted about Eric then we took Eric for a walk to see how he carrys on outside.we came back Neil gave me homework to do with Eric for over a week then I've to ring up for another appointment.eric is learning not there just yet but all good

Lee was great. He explained everything we had to do and also showed us by coming on a walk with Brandy and Bailey. We need to put this into practice ourselves and will hopefully see the results. Lee also arranged two further appointments which we are looking forward to so we can gain further help and advice.

Sharon was very helpful and gave me so much advice on different things regarding Rolos behaviour.

Gavin's visit to my mum's house to work with her dogs was invaluable. He was professional and knowledgeable, providing a good clear outline of the programme, explaining the science behind food whilst giving ongoing training tips to manage the behaviours of two protective small Jackapoos. The work done outside to start the training was well done and manageable for my mum. Learning to talk dog was interesting. Gavin's provision of a bespoke programme and knowing he is only on the end of an email is welcome. Mum's working hard and at day 3 there is definitely a change in behaviour. I would recommend Gavin.
