Emma presented as a warm and knowledgeable professional and was able to identify my pup as needy and anxious. Emma warned us that she may tell us things that may make us uncomfortable but honesty is important to help our pup. Essentially we have not given him the pack leadership he needs and he is the leader. I am so grateful for the techniques Emma has given us and already I can see changes that were needed in his behaviour. Lynn was able to explain and show me how to do the daily exercises with my dog, but also corrected me when I was struggling to flick the lead, explaining what I should avoid doing. She also helped by explaining his thinking and how I could change that by changing my own behaviour. Since then he has steadily improved day on day. It's no longer a struggle to get his muzzle on, which means it's easier to take him outside to toilet. And is learning to let me lead during a walk now as well.
