Alex kept in contact us he let us know when he was on his way and when he arrived. so we had time to put Shadow in a different room so he could meet her before training started. I would highly recommend him It was his 1st visit he helped Shadow how to learn and wait whilst we was in the kitchen at the door whilst we pretended to chop food up with a tasty sausage :) Helped with a few issues we are having with a young pup and we learnt a lot as well now to practice it :) Looking forward to to the next visits Thanks Alex we got time to relax after your visit as Shadow was very worn out

Ben was brilliant from the moment we met him; absolute font of knowledge and set the tone for the training that we are going to embark on. What I found really useful was his ability to utilise his own experience with examples.

We contacted Ben from Barkbusters as we were having issues with our 7 month old Sprocker puppy. Ben was very personable, friendly, helpful and direct. He took time to explain the theory behind the training practices and explained things clearly. He rather changed our behaviour in dealing with our dog than the dogs behaviour.After the initial lesson, which incorporated us taking control over our dog, in a firm but fair way, we were left with a much calmer, more relaxed dog and we felt able to deal with any problems we came up against. Kirsty arrived right on time and started by explaining nutrition and 1st steps with us. When introduced to Charlie she immediately set the tone and Charlie responded really well. We have a task on our hands but appreciate that if we are consistent in our approach and put in the time and effort to teach Charlie that he is not in charge we will get results.

Gina has been fantastic with my nervous, reactive little boy Dennis and a great support to me. Knowledgeable and experienced, Gina asked all the right questions from day 1 and has provided a wealth of advice and recommendations for us to take forward. Gina spotted straight away some helpful changes to make at home, starting with a few training techniques for us to implement, without it feeling overwhelming. Dennis has tummy issues, controlled through diet, so the ‘no treat training’, instead using voice tone and body language, has been invaluable and took away the stress of trying to find treats that don’t affect his tummy. I was sceptical about Dennis doing what I asked without the lure of a treat, but it really does work and many of his commands are now excellent, while all have improved! Dennis’s confidence is growing and I am sure it will continue to do so with all the training methods in place. I would highly recommend Gina to anyone needing help and support with their doggie.
