I’ve had my dog for 2 years and have tried 2 other forms of training with Ozzy but there were still issues with other dogs and people. Estelle gave me the understanding of how to get Ozzy’s attention on me and training techniques to keep his attention. Going forward, we’re hoping the new training we’ve been shown will finally sort Ozzy’s reactivity out.

Our first lesson with Alex was great, Stanley was already much more relaxed when walking outside by the end of the session. Inside exercises were also successful. Looking forward to doing more work with Alex on aggression towards other dogs. Alex sent very useful training material and notes for us to have a look at.

I was really pleased with how the first session with Alex went. I was feeling a bit despairing due to dog reactivity which was making walks really stressful. Alex discussed everything in great detail and went through some basic manners with my dogs as well as giving me a clear idea of what the whole family needed to do to improve things. I now feel much more positive and am looking forward to the next session.

Really enjoyed the session and I’m looking forward to catching up with them all soon. It’s important the whole family work together to get both dogs listening better inside the home, which in turn will help them manage their behaviours out on walks. Following the initial session most owners should get some quick wins, but some behaviours can certainly take longer to improve which is why the follow up sessions are so important.

We found our first training lesson very informative and of great benefit. Kirsty was excellent, very calming in her approach. Such a lovely lady. Harvey is already responding well to his initial lesson topics. We are confident he will continue to improve and can’t wait for his next lesson.

Our first session with Sarah was a game changer, we understand so much more which has made us generally so much happier and confident with our dog, finally gotten past feeling stuck which resulted in a decline in our dogs behavior, she's so much happier and calmer, the training so far has felt very manageable and achievable and look forward to progressing. Loved the advice on feeding and nutrition and again that was also another game changer for our dog. Overall we're over the moon, thanks Sarah!!

Tim took the time to understand Ernie and our family dynamic. He was warm and friendly, and I felt comfortable asking any questions. By the end of the lesson, he had my dog loose lead walking and then I I was able to repeat the method! It was such an overwhelming relief, and I knew that we were on our way to correcting some of Ernie’s major behaviour issues even after just one session. Tim helped me get some of the control back. The homework was clear and helpful.

Tim was absolutely amazing with our dog (Duncan). Within 10mins he was listening to Tim's commands I couldn't believe my eyes. The training schedule he gave us for Duncan has worked from day one.

In one session, Tim was able to correct my dog’s behaviour pretty much instantly and gave me the tool / tactic to use to achieve the same myself. So far, so good! She seems to have learnt a new habit through me being consistent, and seems much calmer.

Tim was very helpful and has given me sound advice which I have begun to instigate. So far, it seems to be working although it's early days. I already feel more confident and Molly respects me more as the "master". Fingers crossed it will be onwards and upwards!
