I was very impressed with Bens knowledge and immediate grasp of the problems I was experiencing. Providing excellent solutions explaining in an easy to understand way why they were happening. Helping me to understand through my dogs eyes what she needed from me. The session was so thorough both inside and outside the home with instant positive results in Daisys behaviour. We've been using the lessson notes to practice correcting unwanted behaviours and already other people are noticing the improvements in her behaviour particularly the attention seeking and barking.

Clear information and guidance

The training was a great help. Clear information and not to overloaded with instructions. The training helps us humans understand our dogs through processes and reactions, in order to better help her! It was kind and gentle training and I feel it will help us build a stronger bond with our dog

We honestly couldn’t recommend Abi highly enough! From the moment she arrived, she was warm, approachable and immediately put both us and our puppy Monty at ease. As first time puppy owners, we wanted to make sure we were giving Monty the best possible start and helping him grow into a calm, confident and well-mannered dog and we came away from our first session feeling so much more confident ourselves. Abi spent plenty of time getting to know Monty and understanding both what we were already doing and the areas where we wanted some support. Nothing felt rushed or generic, everything was explained clearly, demonstrated with Monty and then practised with us so that we understood not only what to do but why we were doing it. We covered so much, including crate training, boundaries, impulse control, puppy biting, barking, independence and preparing Monty for walks and new experiences. We particularly appreciated that Abi recognised the things we were already doing well while giving us really practical changes and exercises to work on. We started putting her advice into practice straight away and have already seen some really positive progress with Monty’s crate naps and his ability to settle. What we loved most was that Abi completely understood the kind of relationship we want with Monty. We absolutely want him to have lots of love, cuddles, fun and adventures, while also helping him learn to be patient, confident and well mannered. Her advice felt really tailored to helping us achieve exactly that. It is also incredibly reassuring knowing that Abi is there to support us as Monty grows and that we can go back to her with questions and challenges along the way. We finished the session feeling positive, reassured and excited to keep working with him. Thank you so much, Abi! Monty absolutely loved you, and so did we! We’re really looking forward to continuing to work with you as he grows.
