Sharon gave us advice and tips in a way we could understand, was patient and didn't make us feel like we hadn't been trying. She "got" Willow and the main issue we needed dealing with. I've enjoyed doing the training tasks we were left with and can already, even under a week in, see Willow understanding and changing.

Tom is an excellent trainer provider who spent hours with my fiancé and myself discussing plans to help with the training of our puppy Lola who was bitten on the head by her father and suffers with anxiety as a result

Lynn was amazing. We had spent 7 weeks completely separating out 2 dogs because of behaviour issues. Within 30 mins Lynn had them playing in the garden and my stress levels came way down Lynn explained why the older dog was doing what she was and how while sounding scary she was simply telling the puppy off and setting boundaries. Lynn visit was approx 3 hours and the whole session was really informative. We also learnt that we needed to change our behaviours with the dogs as well as the older dog had spent the last 7 years training us 😄. However in the 5 days since her visit life in the house has become so much easier. We all still have a way to go and we practice every day but definitely feel that we will see more improvements for all of us. Lynn was lovely, firm but very very fair in her assessment of all of us and it's really helped to understand the dogs reasons for their behaviour and also to see where we were going wrong I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lynn if you want peace of mind, reassurance and the confidence to deal with the challenges that having 2 dogs can bring We will be continuing to work with Lynn with the puppy so look forward to more good things to come.

Tom was first class took time to explain and why everything was happening we both took Charlie for a walk and it was the first time I felt no stress very little pulling still a long way to go but we’re getting there Tom was very knowledgeable about labs and explained everything easily looking forward to our next session

Absolutely amazing experience, Tom is very professional dog trainer he is patient, encouraging and positive. Tom is very pleasant and friendly individual. Tom has brilliant skills in teaching and my beautiful Bandit already made a good progress. I can't thank Tom enough for his service.

Alex gave precise instructions and advice on how to help train our dog. We are working on these daily and he’s getting better. Some days better than others! But Alex will come back and help sort the problem out soon. 😸
