Really enjoyed this session and although their dog barked at me when I first entered their home, he quickly started to listen to his owners and he did really well both inside the home and on his walk. I was really impressed with how well he did. There is no quick fix, but with some consistency and some simple ground rules, we can make our dogs listen better and worry less. Please work hard and work together to make him the best version of himself and keep me posted on how you get on.

She looked at penny’s diet and helped us get a better nutritious food for her. She has a wealth of experience she was able to share which gives up hope we can help Penny’s aggression around new people. That day we got a write up of a plan to follow. So a 5 star service so far!

I would highly recommend Kirsty, she was incredibly patient with us and really explained what we needed to do to help Poppy respond to us and the training. Using the word Bah is really effective and has definitely helped along with the other methods we are putting in place. I am so glad we made the decision to do this training as it really has made a difference and having the support from Kirsty has made it all so much easier. From the first call the whole process has been easy, there was communication every step of way and the follow up calls after the session were great and gave me a chance to check I was doing things right.
