Lynn was firm and straight to the point. She had Mika under her control as soon she arrived. She gave excellent instructions as well as guidance on food and weight. I have followed the instructions and Mika had improved tremendously. Thank you

Gavin was amazing. Stayed for 31/4 hours. Asked every little detail about Ecko before he met him, observed him and interacted and really had to think about how to solve our unique problem. I have taken Gavins advice to the letter and within one day the behaviour has changed. I thought my pooch was happy before but I can honestly say I can see he is NOW really happy and so am I. Such simple solutions but ones I would never have realised myself as I had tried everything. Bark busters was a final push to see if I could solve our problem and so far it is working 100% I would recommend Gavin to anyone. A very wise investment for me and my little Ecko 🥰

We have a pure blue Staffie called Grizzly. Our trainer "Kevin McDonnell" was extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He provided comprehensive theory & practical exercises throughout our session. Kevin also brought his assistant a 40kg Doberman called Bruno. Suffice to say Bruno the Doberman was amazing with our Grizzly. The training was phenomenal. On the day we were immediately seeing successful results as we have learnt to communicate in more appropriate ways that our dog understands.. Grizzly responded superbly to the training. It was brilliant that the training took place in our local environment. We are two days into our new approach and things are going well. We are extremely hopeful and really believe in the changes. Looking forward to putting everything into practice and daily living. Thank you Kevin and Bruno PS the lifetime helpline is also a massive statement.

It was a pleasure to meet Estelle and her help was invaluable. I can now walk my dog more confidently.

Gina was great, very supportive and knowledgeable. She put us at ease and really listened in a non judgmental way. We are working hard putting into practice the different techniques and we are slowly making headway. Can’t wait for the follow up sessions. Thank you very much

Liz visited my home and discussed with me all the problems I was having with Isla, both inside and outside of the home. She fully explained the Bark Busters way of training and after our first session Isla was more relaxed in the home and walked better on lead outside. I would never have thought it possible. We are now working with Isla and her being around other dogs

We are very happy service we received from making the enquiry to having Gavin visit. Gavin was very knowledgeable and really understood our needs. We have been practising Gavins suggestions and can see a huge difference in Bert’s behaviour. It is useful to re read the report produced by Gavin as a reminder. I feel more relaxed and not as worried especially having visitors or anyone knocking at our door.
