We were really impressed and pleased at how Minnie reacted to the training. Alex's approach to the training made us feel at ease and was easy to understand and implement the skills. The transformation with Minnie from when he arrived to as he was leaving was amazing. She's not totally settled yet but with the techniques that Alex taught we don't think it'll take long.

I booked a session with Alex to gain advice and basic training for my new cockapoo puppy. Initially I booked a one off session but within minutes of meeting Alex and seeing his manner with Darcie I extended to a full year straight away. Alex provided me with the tools, knowledge and confidence to train Darcie as a puppy from a young age. I had been struggling to leave her without her going crazy - jumping, barking, trying to escape and after talking this through with Alex and implementing the training he taught me I had overcome the issue and was able to leave her calmly with no hassle... THE DREAM! A few weeks after Darcie's first session she had a incident with another dog in the park, this caused her to be anxcious around other dogs. I called Alex and we met up the following day with his dogs to do a pack walk and worked on her socialisation and really helped her overcome her fear. Having Alex come to my home to train Darcie in her environment is a huge benefit! Plus the option to do recall training outdoors in dog parks is a bonus! I would highly recommend Alex, he has a real way with Darcie, is super informative and is always on the end of the phone! I trust in his methods as they are proving to work as I have a very happy, well behaved (99% of the time!) puppy!

We have just spent a brilliantly informative & practical afternoon working with Alex. His knowledge, advice and tips have had an instant impact. Alex was professional, courteous & entertaining, making our session thoroughly enjoyable whilst at the same time training us to be become more skillful dog owners.

We were both very nervous about how both our Shar Pei would react upon Alex's arrival but within minutes we knew that he had the situation under control and this put our minds at ease. We needed Alex's help for our Shar Pei puppy Bentley who was far too keen to greet visitors at the door and was a nightmare on the lead! Primarly, Alex was there to help us with our 1 year old Shar Pei pup but was very aware of the dymnamics between our older Shar Pei girl and Bentley and included Sasha in some of the training which was brilliant. We were hoping to see a small amount of progress at least but we both feel that what we saw today was a huge amount of progress for Bentley. By the end of the 3 hour session, Bentley was already more attentive and responsive to Alex's techniques. We worked on 'border control', aiming to get the dogs to stay in a room when someone knocks at the front door and we made a lot of progress in all areas. Out of the house was a brilliant experience, although it is always a challenge - I feel it did not take long for Alex to get Bentley under control and Bentley responded very well to his techniques to get him walking more calmly. By the end of the session, Bentley was walking by my side on a loose lead - I never believed this could happen, ever! I was absolutely amazed. Alex left us with lots of work to do and it is something that we are committed to do so that we can both feel more confident when people come to visit and when we are walking. We are feeling very positive about the future and looking forward to seeing Alex again on his follow up session.

I have 2 pomerenians and because they are so cute I couldnt resist at all and it felt like they were the one's in control. So i had to find someone who can help me with their behaviour which i honestly thought was impossible Till Alex showed me the ways to train them and how to let them respect me. Alex was amazing! And its crazy how 3 hours really made a massive difference. Im so happy with how well behaved my puppies are.

In the few months since my husband and I got our wonderful cockapoo puppy, Ziggy, our lives have revolved around her completely. She has separation anxiety and, though I work from home, getting work done has been impossible because of the amount of attention she needs. She is a very happy dog - as long as she is not on her own for one second. Left alone in a room, she would cry and hurl herself around, to the extent we thought she would seriously damage herself. I have stopped leaving the house without her, even to pick up a pint of milk - her distress was too much to bear. After reading so much contradictory advice on-line and trying it all and getting nowhere (and feeling like a zombie after having no sleep) I got in touch with Alex out of desperation. Our session was a revelation, and the Life Time support offers peace of mind, knowing we can call upon Alex at any time in the future. Seeing how Ziggy responded so positively to Alex's instructions (with her tail wagging throughout the session) was unbelievable. I am skeptical about anything with too-dramatic-sounding results, but the change in her responses was obvious. We are no way near being as good as Alex with the techniques yet, but we are still learning, and can now see how it's done. Most importantly - Ziggy loved Alex and enjoyed the session. I feel confident that we have the techniques now to get our lives back. Ziggy is as happy and loving as ever when she's with us - still full of personality, but not crying in distress every time I leave the room. We can't thank you enough, Alex.

The training with Alex was very clear and practical. I was given a number of different training tasks to carry out regularly. The session was enjoyable and broken up well into small sections within an overall framework.

Alex spent 3 hours teaching us how to train our dogs Tilly seems to be responding quite well ivy is older and more stubborn but seems to be getting better the lessons were very helpful and Alex was very easy to talk to and very pleasant to deal with hopefully we will be having follow up lessons in the next couple of weeks to see their progress
