Excellent - Estelle was really helpful with body language & voice tone. She was supportive and encouraging and, most importantly, non judgemental - she did exactly what she said - guide, encourage, demonstrate etc. She left clear guidelines for us to follow / implement and was very calm & reassuring. Archie has a few bad habits. I have been amazed at how quickly he seems to be responding to the training advised by Estelle. She explained how to deal with the issues really well, and we all felt very comfortable and confident that the programme will work. I'm sure we will have our difficult moments, but having the peace of mind that there is someone on hand to help is reassuring. Looking forward to our next steps on teaching Archie to be a well behaved lurcher.

Estelle was w excellent in helping me understand what is going on with my two dogs and gave me a lot of vauable advice and support, including practicing the steps I need to take first with each of them. I felt very comfortable working with her and am looking forward to taking the next steps knowing I have her available to guide me. Great service.

Change of diet, put passive leadership in place, teach commands etc

Estelle had a chat with me and my wife to find out what type of dog Bonnie is after a few minutes she started telling us about Bonnie like she had known her for a long time. She informed us about her food then gave use some tips that helped from the beginning with her behaviour. We took Bonnie out, this was the one thing we need to get under control as she pulls from start to finish. She is a old Tyne bulldog so she is so strong. With in 5 minutes Estelle had stop her from pulling and working with her. We look forward to take Bonnie out cannot wait to see what is next. Thank you

The training we received in our first session was outstanding. Estelle took the time to listen carefully to all the information we could give whilst using her extensive experience to assess Lucy in the home environment. Estelle immediately gave us a clear plan of things we could do as well as explaining Lucy's issues in a way we could understand. The real bonus of the visit was being able to take Lucy out for a walk for Estelle to see her more challenging behaviour and to guide us in how to start dealing with this. By the end of the visit we had a 5 point plan for working with Lucy based on a sympathetic approach to her personality and needs. It is so reassuring to know Estelle's expertise and support is there for the future as we work together to help Lucy be the happy and settled dog she deserves to be.

Very useful content that included information we hadn't considered before, i.e. grain in his diet, supported via an interactive discussion providing outcomes and instructions.

Very informative first session. Estelle give excellent training tips that we continue to put into practice.
