We were very pleased with our first meeting. Estelle spent a long time talking to us about the problems we were having. At no time did we feel we were rushed, talking too much or over reacting to our dogs behaviours. She clearly explained our dogs behaviours [but not in a way that made us feel silly for not knowing] this has made it far easier for us to begin to see what we are doing and why he is doing certain things. She showed us things to do and gave us chance to practice while she was with us. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is having problems, but would also say her advice is good for anyone who wants a well trained dog. We are less than a week away from her first visit and have seen a big improvement already.

Estelle is very friendly and put us at ease very quickly. She came to see my 9 month Shih Tzu who is terrible for barking. The information and lessons she gave were easy to understand. In the few days since Estelle has been i have seen a vast improvement in my dog, instead of barking at strangers for the whole duration of their visit i was able to stop her barking after 10 minutes where upon she would happily play with her toys or go to sleep in the same room as the guest, this previously was unheard of. Very pleased i have found a very good trainers who is kind in her methods as well. I feel confident regarding Florence( my puppy) for the first time in nearly 6 months.

Estelle was excellent, she almost read between the lines and explained exactly how we should be getting to know diesel, I was having problems with him biting me, however since Estelle showing us how to deal with it he has been amazing and really having started to enjoy playing and living with him, she really helped with some training techniques which are regularly practised and really working, the confidence we have with Diesel is improved, really excellent training.

Estelle was brilliant. Clear with advice, set out a guideline of what to do and how. Demonstrations were helpful and we have a clear plan on place for Cody's training

Excellent tips to start his training

Estelle was very knowledgable in the handling of our dogs, she gave us a very good insight of how to teach the dogs and get the best results. Overall a very good first lesson

Estelle was very approachable, she explained to us why otto was behaving like he was and advised us about changing his food to a higher meat content saying it could help his concentration which we are looking into. We went a walk on the track near to where we live so Estelle could see how otto reacts to other dogs. She showed us technics to use to help otto to keep calm, this seems to be helping! Estelle also showed us how to use our voices when we are getting ottos attention this also seems to be working. We have been using these methods for just over a week now with only having one day of bad behaviour but I think that may have been my fault, it was very windy and otto was hyper! Then on his walk there were more than usual the amount of dogs on our walk so it was just to much for him to cope with, I should have just removed him from the situation so I've learnt from this. It's great to know that we can contact Estelle whenever we feel we need a little more guidance. Thank you Estelle

Our dogs always bark at other dogs on a walk, just recently this has got worse so I decided that I needed to take action. I contacted bark busters and Estelle came out 2 weeks later. She showed us techniques to stop our dogs guarding us in the house and how to stop the bark progressing on a walk. We have only have one visit so far but have seen a real progress in only a week! We have quite a bit more to work on with the dogs but im very happy with Estelle.
