A good experience for Maggie and myself. Kirsty built on what I was doing intuitively which raised my confidence, and gave useful tips such as standing tall when giving instruction, and the importance of persistence if Maggie is uncooperative. Maggie has responded well and sits and stays before food and going through doorways. Still a long way to go with real problem socializing with other dogs. I believe we will succeed

Kirsty was very lovely and understanding of our situation. In one session, our dog massively improved during his walks and stopped pulling almost altogether. Kirsty outlined clearly what was happening with our dog and why and gave us a detailed plan filled with exercises to do, to improve our dogs behaviour.

Kirsty was lovely, on her first visit we sat and went through all sorts of details, including the potential difficulties that we may well come up against, given our pups breed and our living arrangements. Pup is a border collie x springer spaniel and we live aboard our narrowboat. She kept in touch in a regular basis and came out to us when we needed her help. Sadly, though absolutely nothing to do with Kirsty, it became fairly obvious that our situation was never going to work out for us or puppy so the heartbreaking decision was made to rehome her with a more suitable family home. Bark Busters training will continue with whoever is in the new area.
