Lovely and knowledgeable lady. Already seeing huge improvements with both dogs barking at the door. Normans loose lead walking is improving daily and they are eating their food much much better. Highly recommend and can't praise high enough

Fantastic session! A lot of info given and moves were demonstrated several times for us.

Kirsty came across as a friendly and confident trainer. The training programme was explained clearly and concisely. The training itself was performed efficiently with each step demonstrated several times before I had a go, and was given encouragement when I messed it up! Would heartily recommend Kirsty and bark Busters to any owner of a problematic dog.

Kirsty was brilliant. Gave us clear instructions which we have followed and after just a week Nelly is a total different dog and we are so pleased with progress. Would highly recommend. The collar she recommended to us is also great.

Kirsty arrived on time and had given easy to follow instructions for when she arrived. Our dog started to develop some unwanted behaviour following the death of our other dog. Gambit is older than when general training would be required and we were worried that you can’t teach an old dog new tricks. Straight away Kirsty was able to understand our requirements and quickly worked with us and Gambit to build up some initial training. Kirsty explained everything really well and in a way that made sense. she was very easy to talk to and we did not feel judged about our dogs behaviour. Within a very short amount of time she showed us a completely different side to Gambit. We continued the session outside with some walking exercises and these really had a positive impact. As well as the training Kirsty covered food requirements and gave us some excellent resources to look at. We have been following the guidance for just under 2 weeks, there is still some way to go however the time during and following our session has shown really positive improvement. The team are really easy to contact with follow-up questions before booking and this was reassuring for us. Going forwards we will likely need some more guidance/visits as we covered the initial work to be done but know there will be more to build on. We are happy with the session as it gave us enough to work with without feeling overloaded. The approach to training is excellent, it does not use treats, bribes or punishment but instead addresses the actual root causes of the behaviour and gives our dog a sense of a pack within the family and one where he knows what is expected of him. Absolutely blown away by the positive impact, would highly recommend.

Incredible changes from get go. My 7 month pup was a wild card and in 4 hours Kirsty had completely changed her. With more training and consistency we know our pup is going to be a class A dog.

Excellent. Clear, concise & easy to relate & understand. Kirsty was informative, patient & great with Bob who was a nervous, anxious rescue dog. We all enjoyed the exercises & Bob picked them up very easily. Easy to follow plan in place with follow up arranged plus ongoing support if needed. We are very happy with the first training session, thanks Kirsty!

Kirsty made us feel relaxed and certainly Harley responded straight away to her commands. We found very quickly, that, Harley worked very well and Kirsty was very patient in explaining all of the aspects of the training that we would be doing. Harley took to the new K9 bridle and is now walking to heel extremely well. She also ignores ( in the main) other dogs and people walking past her. We have also changed her food to increase her protein intake in place of the higher carbohydrates feed she’s been on.

It was a pleasure meeting Kirsty She was very professional, knowledgeable and clearly understands dogs. She was able to explain techniques well and demonstrated them in a way that was accessible and achievable. It was very helpful for her to watch us do the exercises and be corrected as needed. Her approach with Bruno was firm but loving as well which we appreciated. The way she explains techniques etc was so good, we both felt engaged as she 'trained us', we never felt talked down to. At the end of the first lesson both of us felt empowered and enthusiastic to teach our boy to behave better!

Kirsty was very friendly and professional. She took time to understand our dog’s history, issues and needs. Everything was clearly explained and demonstrated. We have seen a great improvement in our dog’s behaviour through understanding how our body language and vocal commands impact on his response.
