I've just finished my first training lesson with Alex. Both me and jax have been taught some very simple and effective tequniques that have already helped massively! In half a day I can now move around the house without jax needing to follow me EVERYWHERE & sit crying when I close the door on him, he's getting much better on his lead as before Alex came I tended to keep him off the lead because it was just the easy option. ( never good ) Jax is now walking at my heal amazingly and isn't chewing his lead or playing tug with the lead as much. I was given great feedback and a little programme to continue the work. Already I've been doing bits throughout the day & Jax is really geting the hang of things. Very impressed. As soon as Alex came to my house I felt comfortable with him and he understood that to me Jax is like a child rather than just a dog. Most dog trainers disagree with treating a dog like a family member but I didn't get that feel from Alex, he wasn't judgmental at all and I felt like I was allowed to continue to treat Jax how I wanted to and not told off from doing so. Today I went with the one off payment plan as we both agreed Jax was well behaved and picked everything up very quickly however if I ever feel I need to train him in other aspects or need some further help I will 100% be calling Alex to come out to see us again. Excellent support from Angela. First session was very helpful and a lot of time was spent listening and helping, lots of exercises to practice which have made a huge difference already after one week. Very pleased

Found Lee to be very patient and understanding. He explained things very clearly, ensuring we understood how to move forward with our dog.

Graham was excellent , he took his time to explain everything and answered all of our questions . We felt very at ease , and Archie responded to him very well.

Really cannot thank Kevin enough, our dogs are so much more calm now and obedient within one day. They used to constantly play fight with one another and not listen to us but now they will walk past each other in the garden and not take notice and are always looking at ways to please us. Our Rottweiler, Marley was a nightmare on the lead and he was not enjoyable to walk but now we can walk him anywhere without him pulling. Would highly recommend Kevin to anyone!

Ben arrived promptly and was very friendly. Everything was explained clearly, at an easy pace to follow, and Ben double checked we had understood each instruction, giving us opportunity to ask questions & gain more clarity where needed. Manny responded really well to Ben & I felt confident following Bens every instruction after giving us demonstrations. Ben made us feel empowered & we're really excited about the progress we're going to make.

The advice and training we were given was good and easy to follow although as thay say its us humans that need the training to be able to understand our dogs ,we are trying hard with the advice we were given and are seeing some improvement but look forward to seeing Lee again to further our training .

I found the training very informative and helpful. Angela obviously has a wealth of knowledge regarding dogs and I found the training she gave us of great assistance.
