Very professional

Kirsty has enabled us to have confidence that we can do what we set out to achieve (to give a permanent home to a 3 year old Rottweiler along with our existing dog). She listened in a non-judgemental way to the techniques we had been bumbling about trying! She enquired what we needed for our individual circumstances and enabled us to take control and be Peggy’s leader. She has already settled enormously and is accepting the new way of life. We have work to do on walks, but we realise that this will be an ongoing commitment on our part. Peggy is a happier dog (so is Doris) and we are much more confident.

Kirsty explained what we were going to do in a easy manner that we could understand she also explained Bailey's mindset at the moment and how we are going to change it. The lessons we learned we easy to follow and Bailey is already learning and is improving his behaviour.

I found Kirsty Dudfield to be very personable, knowledgeable and my nervous dog Paddy seemed fairly relaxed with her during the lesson. Paddy seemed to respond quite quickly to the instructions given, although I am aware that all training is on going this was gentle, but positive and I am very pleased with the results so far.

I can’t praise Kirsty enough, everything she has taught us to do has made Buck come from being a dog to scared to go out on a walk to running off lead with great recall and living his best life. We are eternally grateful

Absolute game changer. In three hours I went from feeling totally out of control and stressed to feeling hopeful. Our two dogs were proving to be very hard work and the barking was constant. Since Kirsty arrived they have only barked a handful of times. I wish she could move in. She wouldn’t even know the relief I feel or what a difference she has made!

We were very satisfied with our 3 hour first training session with Kirsty. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with our 7 month old cocker spaniel. Kirsty set out a personal training plan for all the family to follow. We put 5 stars for value for money, but feel it is hard to say so early in the process as having paid the gold lifetime package.

Over the moon with the results and could not recommend this service enough. Having recently rehomed Charlie, that had lived most of his 2 years in kennels, we were experiencing problems with him showing territorial aggression to neighbours and visitors to our home. Charlie also pulled on the lead to the point that we could barley control him whilst out on walks. We decided that we needed help or we would not be able to keep Charlie. Kirsty came to our home and we saw instant improvements. We were not expecting Charlie to allow Kirsty into the home but her calm and gentle approach eventually won him over. We still have a long way to go with Charlie but every day there is more improvement and we can see that with the skills we have gained we will be able to get Charlie to be the lovely dog that he is in all situations.

Kirsty was absolutely brilliant in teaching us where we have been going wrong with handling Bucks nervousness. We saw an improvement on the first day and have been applying all the tips she gave us and he is already so much more relaxed. We can’t wait for our next lesson with Kirsty to get his recall better. I would recommend Kirsty to anyone
