Kirsty made us feel relaxed and certainly Harley responded straight away to her commands. We found very quickly, that, Harley worked very well and Kirsty was very patient in explaining all of the aspects of the training that we would be doing. Harley took to the new K9 bridle and is now walking to heel extremely well. She also ignores ( in the main) other dogs and people walking past her. We have also changed her food to increase her protein intake in place of the higher carbohydrates feed she’s been on.

It was a pleasure meeting Kirsty She was very professional, knowledgeable and clearly understands dogs. She was able to explain techniques well and demonstrated them in a way that was accessible and achievable. It was very helpful for her to watch us do the exercises and be corrected as needed. Her approach with Bruno was firm but loving as well which we appreciated. The way she explains techniques etc was so good, we both felt engaged as she 'trained us', we never felt talked down to. At the end of the first lesson both of us felt empowered and enthusiastic to teach our boy to behave better!

Kirsty was very friendly and professional. She took time to understand our dog’s history, issues and needs. Everything was clearly explained and demonstrated. We have seen a great improvement in our dog’s behaviour through understanding how our body language and vocal commands impact on his response.

Great help with understanding dog behaviour and I feel positive about making the necessary changes to my approach in relation to Cooper to hopefully change some of the negative behaviours that he has been exhibiting recently.

We found our first training lesson very informative and of great benefit. Kirsty was excellent, very calming in her approach. Such a lovely lady. Harvey is already responding well to his initial lesson topics. We are confident he will continue to improve and can’t wait for his next lesson.

From the moment Kirsty entered my home she had complete control over my puppy. I have tried to follow her examples and have just read the notes on walking as this is something I am struggling with and if I cannot correct I will email Kirsty for more advise. I cannot praise Kirsty enough she answered my query with a phone call which I appreciated I would highly recommend her.

Don't worry to much as I know you are not at full fitness with your injured leg and this will make training a bit harder at the moment. Unfortunately puppies don't understand this but we will will get there but it might take a little longer. Keep up the great work and don't hesitate to contact me.

Kirsty visited myself and my Labrador Bessie on 18.12 23. As soon as she came into the house, it was obvious that Bessie was comfortable and respected Kirsty. Initially, Kirsty explained about the training and asked about my concerns she explained how to overcome them, and she showed me training techniques, which I then had to practice. I am confident that when I put in the training which Kirsty showed us I will have a happy and well behaved dog. If I have problems I know that I can contact Kirsty and she has respond quickly.
