Kirsty dealt with Jumping up, Pulling, Recall, Separation Anxiety

From the moment Kirsty entered my home she had complete control over my puppy. I have tried to follow her examples and have just read the notes on walking as this is something I am struggling with and if I cannot correct I will email Kirsty for more advise. I cannot praise Kirsty enough she answered my query with a phone call which I appreciated I would highly recommend her.

- R.W, Bromsgrove (Testimonial)

Trainer note from Kirsty
Thank you for the lovely recommendation. If you are still struggling with the walking then we can arrange another visit. Don't worry to much as I know you are not at full fitness with your injured leg and this will make training a bit harder at the moment. Unfortunately puppies don't understand this but we will will get there but it might take a little longer. Keep up the great work and don't hesitate to contact me.

28th December 2023 - Kirsty Dudfield

Kirsty dealt with Pulling, Puppy Management

Kirsty visited myself and my Labrador Bessie on 18.12 23. As soon as she came into the house, it was obvious that Bessie was comfortable and respected Kirsty. Initially, Kirsty explained about the training and asked about my concerns she explained how to overcome them, and she showed me training techniques, which I then had to practice. I am confident that when I put in the training which Kirsty showed us I will have a happy and well behaved dog. If I have problems I know that I can contact Kirsty and she has respond quickly.

- B.R, Belbroughton (Testimonial)

Trainer note from Kirsty

Kirsty dealt with Jumping up, Other

Having a new born baby and a 2 year old bulldog, had concerns with introducing them as my bulldog was my baby and I felt there could be potential jealousy. Also my bulldog had issues such as jumping up guests , jumping at the door when door bell rang, and due to his size and weight (4 stone )I needed to get this under control for the safety of my new born baby and also a more relaxed environment when guests visited. I had Kirsty from Bark Busters come to my home, and to be honest I wasn’t convince any immediate changes would happen, but when Kirsty used some of her techniques my bulldog responded very well and to be honest was like a different dog. Myself and my partner are using the techniques we have been shown daily, which doesn’t work all the time. But it’s about consistency I think as we do still have bad days more often than not. That said Kirsty was great and I felt very positive on the day of the training.

- L.H, Birmingham (Testimonial)

Trainer note from Kirsty
I am so pleased Lindsay that things are getting better. Keep practicing all the techniques which we put in place on our session. Remember how brilliant he was on that first day and don't settle for anything less. You are doing amazing well with a new born and dog training at the same time keep up the good work and stick to the new rules as you said its all about consistency. Get in touch when its convenient for you and we can arrange our next session so we can fine tune and points needed.

3rd September 2023 - Kirsty Dudfield

Kirsty dealt with Barking, Jumping up, Pulling

I thought I would just let you know how the kids did today. When I came down this morning I wasn’t ambushed as usual, just lovely wagging tails and soft nudging. They’ve both been laid back all day, it’s been very calm and peaceful here. This afternoon I attempted a walk with Rivkah. When I got the collars and lead out I expected the usual shying away but no! She leapt around like a lunatic and was really pushing to get her collars on. This has never happened before. She waited for me to go through each door then when we got through the porch door she waited by the steps while I locked up and joined her at the steps. We went up them together and she stayed with me. We had a lovely walk only correcting a few times. It was so, so lovely. Last night I had to put the bins out and left them out with me as a test. I had both gates open and told them to ‘wait’ while I took the first one down. Half way down they both came outside the first gate so I growled and said ‘wait’ they both disappeared back into the run and stayed there while I took it to the kerb. The second bin they didn’t move at all. Big hugs and a treat when we got back inside. Tomorrow I shall try a car exercise with treats and toys. Such progress is amazing I can’t believe it. They’re boxing at the moment and having a playtime which isn’t as aggressive as it has been in the past.

- G.P, Northfield (Testimonial)

Trainer note from Kirsty
I am so pleased that Rivkah has now got the confidence to go for a relaxing walk with you instead of being nervous and reactive. You did so well in creating a calm and peaceful environment with your new pack leader position. This has now allowed both dogs to relax so much more and just enjoy life. Keep up the amazing work and very well done.
