We were given lots of good information and advice with regards to understanding our dogs behavior; we had 4 dogs and the critical aspect to understanding why the problem dog was doing what he was doing was the interaction between all four of them and how they interact. Sharon highlighted the behavior and clearly explained this to us; the exercises she demonstrated and lead us to perform have given instantaneous results. We are totally surprised as to how quickly the dog's behavior has changed, not only whilst Sharon was present, but it has continued to improve since the session.

At first I was apprehensive but Sharon immediately put me at ease. She was extremely informative and whatever questions I put to her she answered in a way that helped me to gain confidence. I learnt so much in the 3 and a half hours that Sharon was with Lucy and me. We did some exercises and some leadwork outside. Lucy and I have connected more with each other as we practice our leadwork etc.together. I was nervous before Sharon arrived as it is never easy to admit that you need help. Our 3 year old Jack Russell had been showing aggressÃ¬n towards other dogs and people coming to house. Sharon stayed with us for 3 hours and in a very calm and Â non judgmental way listened to our issues and taught us ways of working with our dog to modify his behaviour using some really simple methods. After just one session I can see he is responsive to the training. Now it requires times and consistency on our part to ensure permanent results. I was amazed at her knowledge and learnt so much from her.

Brilliant. The advice given was well explained, practical and works! I found Sharon to be non-judgement but supportive in trying to get our puppy where we want her to be. The advice was well structured and makes sense. Bailey was trained for about 20 mins, and I was schooled for 3 hours. I already feel like I have value for money. I am so pleased that we made the decision to invest in BarkBusters to support us as we learn how to be good dog owners.
