I was a little sceptical as we had tried a few trainers before with are rescue dog troy and lee was are last resort, troy was very nervous around other dogs and would bark and lunge making it hard to walk as he is a big lad. but lee came in and there was a difference straight away had a few visits now and never makes you feel rushed, plenty of phone calls to alter things slightly if needed and troy is still doing great just wish we would have found him a couple of years ago

Absolutely brilliant first session with Lee. He is keen to get to the bottom of the issues straight away. He reassure us and got us to train near enough straight away. He was aware of my nervousness due to our two dogs fighting but made sure I was comfortable in doing the training with no fear. It's been a week now and we've seen a change already in our dogs. Very pleased and can't wait to continue with Lee.

I originally met Lee over 11 years ago when he helped with Ruby my Red Patterdale Terrier. She was out of control, and very aggressive towards me and my son as well as the cats. Ruby is now 12 and a lovely calm well natured dog, this is directly linked to the training and support Lee has given. We then introduced our new puppy Rosie who is a Red Patterpoo. I didn't anticipate Ruby wanting to eat Rosie. Lee again came to our rescue AKA the dog whisperer! I have never had such a young small pup and Lee has addressed my anxiety as well Ruby's. We are now on track for a harmonious home again. Lee always answers any of my questions promptly and clearly. I can honestly say Lee is a credit to Bark Busters and I always spread the level of service I continually receive.

I found Lee to be friendly, approachable and professional, he gave me some very helpful advice and a clear plan of action for Suki and I to work with until our next session together. I'm not expecting Suki who is a rescue dog with an unhappy history and baggage to change overnight but I now feel confident that with Lee, the training plan and the fact Bark Busters guarantee to work with you for the length of the chosen plan that I now have the tools to enable me to work with Suki to improve her life and help her put the past behind her and go forward. After just a week I can see some improvement and with hard work and by following the plan I believe Suki will continue to improve and so will I as the plan isn't just about the dog, it's a learning process for both of us.

Lee was friendly, open and very knowledgeable about anything we asked. He was reassuring and great with our two chihuahua boys. He gave constructive and easy to understand advice.

we are very pleased with the training so far, the results from the first meeting were amazing. Kaspa is much calmer and responsive than he was, and seems happier and more content.

Great first session, can already see progress. Getting there, step by step. Techniques are very helpful. It's shown us that there is light at the end of the tunnel!

These were all written down there and then in a clear and concise way so that I can follow and check the instructions . Lee has given me the confidence to try again with Maggie out in the big wide world which we have not done for 6 months. One of the best things is not feeling left high and dry. I know that Lee will be there for a whole year and that I can contact him about any issues/ questions I may have . Feeling positive :))

Lee gave me lots of tips and practical advice and helped me more understand Maggie's behaviour. He wrote everything down clearly and concisely which meant I was not overwhelmed with too much information and that I can check back to make sure i'm following his suggestions. One of the best things is I don't feel that I've been left high and dry . I have the assurance that Lee will be there for Maggie for a whole year and that I can speak to him at any time if I have any issues /questions . I actually had that Light at the end of the tunnel feeling . Cam't recommend him enough

We both found the first session with Lee excellent, providing a breadth of information about puppy management from feeding to obedience and socialising advice; specifically focusing on biting and mouthing. Many of the techniques that Lee suggested either have been successfully introduced (recall with a whistle) whilst others are very much work in progress (using the Bah technique to reduce/stop biting and/or unwanted behaviour). We are both looking forward to what Lee will be advising on the second session!! Would highly recommend Lee to all and any dog owners who needs his assistance!!!
