I am very impressed with the training up to now. Milo is learning fast. A few things will take him about longer but overall he's doing well. Can't wait for my next lesson.

Excellent few hours with Sharon. Really helped me feel positive again and already seeing a difference in both dogs. Look forward to working further on all the issues I have with the 2 dogs.

Sharon arrived bang on time for our first appointment, I phoned bark busters to help me with my wire haired fox terrier Rosie and my welsh terrier Teddy Sharon was brilliant, she spent time asking lots of questions to identify and understand what our issues, best of all I didn't feel like I was being judged as an owner Everything she said makes sense and she was very clear in explaining what we would work on initially and gave clear demonstrations on how to use the strategies. Sharon gave me some useful advice around the dogs' diet . I felt Sharon really took her time and made sure that I understood my "homework" I am two weeks in and can see the results already which is amazing ! I'm under no illusions that for the training to be successful the hard work has to come form me but with the ongoing support form Sharon I have no doubt that we will succeed in having well behaved happy doggies and much happier owners!

Sharon is exceptionally professional and knowledgeable and we thoroughly enjoyed and learned a huge amount during the first session. We spent the first 45 minutes providing Sharon with in-depth details about the dogs and us and what we considered to be the areas of concern and why. Both dogs 'fence-fight' at the gate and the younger dog is reactive to other dogs. Sharon explained to us the dog 'psyche' and it made complete sense when explained by a professional. Both dogs reacted very well to Sharon and were transformed when being handled by her. We spent time learning how to stop the 'boys' door rushing and barking when people approached and entered the house and using games and reward to achieve objectives. We then all went for a walk so that Sharon could monitor how we handled the dogs and what we needed to rectify - quite a lot! We were left with homework and strategies. Two weeks later the 'boys' bark less, don't rush at the door and are beginning to learn that there is an invisible boundary before the gate. Bruno will also walk to heel both on and off the lead. Our next lesson is in a week's time and I believe we are going to work with Samba (the reactive dog) so that Sharon can see his 'body' language when near other dogs. Based on that she will be able to determine the best course of action to help him and of course us. Very enjoyable, productive and positive. Thank you.

Our first visit with Sharon couldn't have gone any better! Her expertise and guidance was presented in a very clear way for myself and my son to understand the needs of our dog. Sharon was very friendly at the same time professional and respectful. The training gave us so much confidence and helped us in our attitude and approach towards our dog. Sharon came to visit us on a Thursday evening to help with the training of our little puppy Daisy. If we are honest it was more us that needed the training rather than Daisy. Sharon spent some time getting to know a bit about us and Daisy and then got straight into tackling the issues we were experiencing. She showed us some positive ways to encourage good behaviour and we have now successfully trained Daisy not to jump on the sofa and made a big leap into getting her crate trained. In addition Sharon also took Daisy out for a walk and gave us advice on how to positively encourage her as she is a little nervous walking at night. I find the service provided by Sharon to be perfect for our needs. We felt that we needed help in very specific areas hence contacting bark busters rather than puppy training. This is a service I would highly recommend.

I was so pleased with how the training went today, Sharon is very understanding and I already feel more confident around Molly. All of my concerns were covered and addressed. My partner and I overwhelmed by Sharon's knowledge and skills and the difference in our 8 month old puppy already! Absolutely fantastic and we are extremely looking forward to the next 12 months, picking Sharon's brains and taking on everything she tells us to do to correct other problems we have with Eric. Sharon helped us regarding: * Setting our rules and boundaries and applying them consistently. * Door control using 'Bah' and 'Go'.....working most of the time unless very excited. *Practising attentiveness daily, with no or low level distractions... *Ignoring attention -seeking behaviour...., *'Chill mat' next to my armchair......Ted is lying quietly on it, after his meal,attached with short lead,while I am completing this feedback. Lovely! *Walking on loose leash......Very important for me as I have shoulder pain. Ted is responding better to John's greater degree of confidence, and walks well on the pavement. I'm working on this inside the home,and in back garden,taking a few steps only before changing direction. I've noticed an improvement with this, but I 'm accepting that it may take time, and trying not to worry that I haven't achieved it yet. *Teaching 'touch' to keep Ted close to my hand when leash walking...Ted is responding well. *Dietary research...Sharon introduced us to a independent dog food nutrition rating site...shocked that our puppy food was nearly at bottom rating. Have ordered a top-rated food,which is also reasonably priced. *Chewing and shredding tough toys.... Suggested stag antlers.....bought small ones,which 6 month Ted made short work of and swallowed some; emailed Sharon,who replied same day, advising us to buy larger ones ,and reassured they won't harm him if swallowed. We're both relieved that we can be taught to teach Ted, and we are reassured we can get advice and support from Sharon,when we need it. Sharon, thank you very much for your calm,confident, and encouraging way with both of us and Ted.
