Ben arrived and filled the room .He is tall and imposing and not what I expected . But wow does he understand dogs. I have 2 Daschunds and they are fearless and in control in their own home so they were as surprised as I was when he took control of them and they immediately responded. His technique almost had me sitting on command. After an hour my wife and I were given coping skills that have proven invaluable. I am very impressed and I am not someone who is impressed easily. It was a pleasure to work with him and for him to share his skills and compassion with us. The dogs were impressed as well. I highly recommend him and have to friends with dogs.

The training was interesting and informative. It made us look at how we are interacting with our dog. It was definitely worth it. Our dog seems conscious of our change of approach because he keeps looking at us when we are bringing him in line and does appear to want to please us. He is improving on the lead although he regresses if he gets frightened. Generally he does seem a bit calmer near traffic. We are both more focused on the dog when we have him on the lead. He does respond more most of the time but will occasionally get excited when he sees a particular dog he likes. He also looks at us and cries when he wants us to play as opposed to barking at us.

Ben was very professionally and explained my dogs training needs in simple terms which made it easier for us to understand. The training package was fully explained. Ben spent over 4 hours with us on our first session. The session was spent inside our home and outside in our local field. Fabulous thank you really well explained . I was so pleased to talk to someone about my three dogs, Ben was brilliant with them. The practices we did indoors and out on walks with them went really well. Other people have noticed a difference in the dogs. My son couldn't believe the difference in walking with me and the dogs three days later. Benji has changed quite a bit not barking on walks he has the occasional set back if he seems a dog head on all of a sudden when it can't be helped but I correct him like Ben showed me and he's immediately quiet. Ben was fantastic. He took the time to understand how Obie behaves in a variety of settings and gave good insights in to the dog's thought processes. The exercises he demonstrated showed immediate results and I was left with new skills and the confidence to be able to better control Obie when interacting with other dogs. After hearing some negative reviews of Bark Busters training methods I was very reassured by Ben's methods and the relationship he quickly established with Bella. Helpful training tips and good follow up. Unfortunately when we went on a walk we didn't see any dogs. This had been my main concern as Bella has problems when seeing/meeting dogs on walks. Therefore it wasn't possible for Ben to work with me on this problem.
