Alex came on time on Thursday morning I found him to be very pleasent and I must say Benji responded very well to the training he talked me through everything step by step he taught me to teach my dog that I'm the boss and I'm so glad I have met Alex as I now know more than I did before he came just simple instructions on how to get Benji to react how I want him to and not how he thinks he should I think it will take a while to get used to doing things differently but at least now I have the knowhow. It was a pleasure to work with Alex such a pleasent person to learn from I would definitely recommend him to other people thank you

Benji is a lovely little dog, but he had devolved a habit of barking at the slightest noise. Both Benji and his owner did really well and by the end of the first session he had virtually stopped barking, and his owner was able to refocus him quickly if he felt the need to bark. I was delighted with how well the session went and I’m looking forward to seeing how things progress.

Alex was really helpful in every way. Explaining the different techniques to use to control Bella, as she is adopted. Pulling on lead technique shown to me, it has been a week since I've used the technique shown to me and Bella does not pull much on the lead and stays by my side. In house training still needs a little more working on. But I am sure I will get there with Alex's help. Overall I am satisfied with the training.

Alex dealt with Aggression

Alex listened to all our concerns regarding jack's aggression towards other dogs. We did some training in the house and garden. Alex brought out his cuddly labrador toy and Jack reacted with aggression towards it. We went out for a walk with Jack and he behaved very well for Alex. We passed only a few people with dogs and Jack Didn't react? Alex has given us tips and training methods which we are working on and have seen a slight improvement in Jack.

Alex was great, we now have the tools to start taking command of our dogs and to get them listening. Pete is particularly aggressive and Alex was able to bring them down and I was amazed how they settled within a couple of hours training. I found it very useful and will be enforcing what we have been taught today. Having 2 young dogs who can be aggressive has proven very difficult for us as they bounce off each other, we have been able to get them to listen and I am amazed how simple tools can be so effective. I am looking forward to seeing Alex again for the next steps in our training.

Alex came to help train me and my dog Casper, he's a one year old cocker spaniel, I can honestly say I'm amazed, he's like a different dog, I've been working with Cas everyday since Alex came and he is doing things I never thought he would do. He stays at the bottom of the stairs with no barking and watches me go up instead of pushing past me and his walks are a pleasure now as he walks to heel. Thanks to Alex's training I can't wait to take him out now. He sits at the side of the road until I say. He doesn't bark as much but that is a work in practice. I am so thankful for Alex he is truly amazing. I'm so happy I paid for a years guarantee so I can call Alex when I'm ready to move on to no lead and recall. Thank you Alex, I would recommend you in a heart beat. Also, Casper no longer jumps up at people or me when I come in the door.

ALEX COULD IMMEDIATELY TELL US THAT CHARLIE HAD TRAINED US VERY WELL! WE RECEIVED LOTS OF INFORMATION AND ADVICE AND CHARLIE WAS REASONABLY QUICK TO RESPOND TO THE NEW COMMANDS. WENT ON HOLIDAY, LEAVING CHARLIE WITH DOG SITTERS AT HOME, SO WE NEED TO ALMOST START AGAIN WITH HIS TRAINING. COULD NOT USE THE "BAH" SOUND SUGGESTED TO STOP CHARLIE DOING THE WRONG THING, AS IT GAVE ME A SORE THROAT WITHIN 2 DAYS SO I NOW USE A SOUND WHICH SUITS ME. LOOK FORWARD TO OUR NEXT SESSION WHEN ALEX WILL SURELY CONTINUE TO TELL US WHERE WE ARE GOING WRONG. WE ARE FAR TOO SOFT WITH CHARLIE BUT WE WILL GET THERE IN THE END, WITH ALEX'S HELP - I AM SURE.

Alex was fantastic with Alfie, our 1.5 year old Manchester Terrier. We've have some problems with Alfie's barking, often caused by his separation anxiety when we have to leave him at home. Alex listened to our concerns, and met Alfie to see how he behaved. After talking through a variety of exercises to try with Alfie over the three hour session, we could already start seeing a difference in our dog. He's still got a way to go, but Alex did a great job of getting us on the right path.

We had an extremely positive first session with Alex last week. Charlie, our 9 month old collie, has been acting like a proper teenager! He is actually pretty well behaved indoors, but he loses focus completely when he is outside, particularly when it comes to other dogs! All in all, he has become a bit of a handful when we step out the front door! Alex spent a lot of time talking through Charlie's history with us, discussing all aspects of his diet, exercise, behaviours, etc. We then went through some exercises indoors, as much to teach us how to communicate with Charlie as it was to train him. We then went outside to do some lead walking and passing by another dog. We couldn't recommend Alex highly enough! He really took the time to talk to us, and went way over the original planned session time. We've noticed a change in Charlie immediately. He is now walking pretty much to heel on lead walks, and we already feel that he is more attentive to us when we are out in the park. We know that it is going to be a long road, and we all have a lot of work to put in, but Alex has definitely put us on the right path and given us more confidence to help us move forward.

We are very pleased with the early results we have seen in Daisy. Even after such a short time things have really improved. Alex was really easy to work with and was committed to helping Daisy and our family with the challenges we have with some of Daisy's behaviour. Daisy is a lovely little dog who they have rescued but she is extremely nervous and struggles when people enter her home or when she goes out on a walk. When I start a session I never know how much we will be able to get through, as it really does depend on how envoys or stressed a dog is. The first session went really well and we achieved more than I initially expected. I can’t wait to catch up with them all in a few weeks.

Alex is a very friendly & very easy to get along with individual. He really knows his stuff and in general is a pleasure to be around. I recently bought a GSD & being a first time owner I was naturally worried. But to help get things off in the right direction I wanted Alex's expertise for some puppy management. In the first lesson my self and my family have learnt so much that is crucial for a young pup. I’ve met with this young GSD twice now and he is doing really well. All puppies are different  - some can test the patience of a saint whereas others can be quite well behaved. The ongoing suppor is very useful as puppies tend to go from being a toddler to a teenager during the first  12 months of their life! Looking forward to catching up with this little man in a few weeks.
