A very positive experience for us and Tara, Emma was very patient and we learnt so much in our first lesson, Changing Tara's food has really improved her temperament and we are so happy with her behaviour so far, much improved.

Emma was great arrived on time, spent time with myself and my husband going through what training we were looking for before meeting Bert who is a lively 17 month Patterdale terrier! He showed improvement on the first day the new harness I purchased from Emma is brilliant no more pulling when out walking and he is improving on his lead aggression to other dogs, he has also really improved on the jumping up when I come through the door. Thanks to Emma I feel that I have gained control back at home and I feel so much more relaxed when taking Bert out.

The meeting went well. As expected, Emma gave clear explanation and direction including collar use and diet in a respectful manner to both Joshua and advice to my husband and I. The tasks are letting visitors into the property and addressing his anxiety and getting him used to going to the vets. Emma reiterated that she is accessible via telephone and email and will always reply to us. A truly professional lady who has a lot of experience with animals and people.

We were at our wits end with our father and son dachshund pair. Bark bark barking at everything and everyone, pulling at the lead, possessive over food...you name it, we've had it! Having two pups over 2 yrs of social isolation due to covid definitely affected their behaviour. We tried everything we could think of. We used all the training info online, read the Dog Whisperer books, hired a trainer that encouraged the treat training method... to no avail. When we met with Emma we felt thoroughly listened to. She expressed concern and care not judgement. She instilled us with confidence that we would be able to get control over the issues. Just with these two in person training sessions we have had drastic remarkable differences. Our dogs are happier, more comfortable, less anxious and much, much more obedient. We are so much happier too. We look forward to more training sessions. We understand now that as pet owners we must cultivate the best behaviours in ourselves to see results in our pups!

AMAZING after two days the barking in the car has stopped completely and this opens so many doors for us and Emma has been incredible I look forward to carrying on with training

Emma was asked to help us with our rescue 18 month old lady. When we initially booked it was for 2 ladies. Sadly Izzy's mom passed away. After some emails we decided to proceed. Emma kindly assessed us and Izzy and determined that physical training and correction was just not possible because of Izzy's state of stress and fear. Instead she proceeded giving us incredibly good advice regarding behaviour, exercise and feeding. We since had numerous supporting emails full of information. We have seen small amount of progress in just one week and is ready to contact Emma for a follow up. We expected a dog trainer and got so much more from Emma. I am looking forward to a very good and positive working relationship. Thank you Emma for showing us and Izzy compassion for our loss and insight into our problem with a clear plan moving forward.

Saw results from day one and nearly a week later we have gone from not being able to leave the dog without him continuously barking to being able to leave him for 40 minutes with no problem, we are gradually increasing the time left alone as we were advised to do and we are very happy with the results. Emma was great, very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend!
