We were extremely impressed with Gina's knowledge and professionalism. From the moment she walked in, we knew we had done the right thing in calling her. She explained how dogs get stressed, and how this impacts on their behaviour. We had been using treats for everything, and were concerned about stopping. But Mac went cold turkey, and it worked immediately. Indeed we can see now that treating constantly for everything, actually increases stress levels, as the dog is permanently on edge. Gina explained how extremely simple body language and voice control, would soon overcome many problems, such that Mac was lying asleep between us all within about forty minutes of the session starting, and he is usually pacing around or just on alert. He is extremely chilled, around the house, and on walks on the lead. His aggression to us, and me in particular has all but vanished. His jumping up is much better. Not 100%, but almost. Pulling is almost gone, just starting off at road crossings, pulling to a lamp post (!) need work. We were told this first sessions learning would take 4-6 weeks to bear fruit, but after less than a week, it's looking good. There's still room for improvement, as it's early days, but work in progress, as they say. His recall needs extra tuition, and that's why we are eagerly awaiting lesson two. We can thoroughly recommend Gina, and would do so happily if asked.

I was very pleased with the training. Gina was friendly and calm. She explained things very clearly. Maddie has already improved in the short time we've had since. It was serious work but Gina made it fun too.

It was really brilliant to meet Gina. Me and my partner Angelika we're very happy and we found everything useful. There was so much sense and logic in her words, that we found out that we might be the ones that need a lesson. I hope motivation will stay as it is today as the dogs after just one meeting seems to be more chilled and relaxed.

Gina was easy to talk to & very informative of the information given . My daughter & I was present & found her approach & explanation very easy going . Have seen a change in my dog Mollie already with the guide that Gina gave us , although I feel we have a way to go yet . I will be keeping Gina updated.

Gina was friendly, thorough and efficient in diagnosing the problems and explaining the solutions to Millies issues. We were left with a comprehensive plan to put into effect and necessary dietary changes.

We were really impressed at Gina's attention to detail and knowledge of dogs. Also the method of training feels much better than going to dog training classes which we have done with the 5 dogs we have had through our lifetime. Elsa's response was very quick and appears to be improving with the training methods that Gina gave us. We are looking forward to the next stage of the package in a month or two's time.

Gina gave the training in a good clear voice and demonstrated in a positive way which dog and I appreciated . I fully understand the reasoning behind the training and am doing my best to follow it. I am getting on well with “”stay” and making her listen to me but not so well on jumping up.

Gina was brilliant, she really made sure I was happy, and understood what I needed to do. I have been following the things Gina told me, and so far it's going well.  I'm making sure I do what I need to do every day, and I'm finding it is becoming part of the normal. I'm definitely looking forward to my next step

Excellent training even after just one lesson Barney is calm and relaxed with no barking.

Gina was very friendly and she explained everything very well. She had a very professional approach in the way that she dealt with our concerns and her dealings with our puppy. The service provided is bespoke to you and your pets needs. It is early days but we are beginning to see some changes. Would recommend Gina and Barkbusters to anyone looking for some advise on their puppy.

Gina was amazing, she explained where we were going wrong and the steps we needed to improve. We have seen some improvement already but know this is going to be an on going journey. Thank you Gina, you gave me hope!
