Hi. My name is Nelson, and my mum and dad rescued me from a home where I wasn't being loved or looked after properly anymore. I hadn't ever been introduced to other dogs or people and I've never been part of a pack, so I became a dominant little boy. My mum and dad had tried everything they could to make me calm down, and stop being aggressive to other doggies. I don't mean to be like this, I've just never been taught otherwise, and my mum and dad were lost at what to do. So one day my dad looked up bark busters , and told mum that he was going to ring them. They sat me down and told me they were going to get me some help. I do love them and I'm eager to please so I said I would see what happened, but wouldn't make any promises, Mum even said if it worked, she would lick my face!! Well Saturday has been and gone , and I made a lovely new friend called Kevin, And met his little pal Russell . He talked to mum and dad about what he does, and helped them understand why I am the way I am , I was even interested too so I sat down and watched the presentation !! Kevin took us through all the exercises, and was a brilliant support to mum , and laughed at dad when he didn't quite join in at the right times ! This was all new to me, and I couldn't wait to get out the door. After I learnt I needed to wait and walk out after mum and dad, we went up to our local park.... Usually I'm a naughty boy, and I run around like a lunatic.. But today I listened to my mum and dad. I was calm and happy in the sun, and for the first time ever we walked around the park together. I didn't walk away from them, and I made sure I didn't walk off. I even saw a few doggy pals, but I didn't jump or bark. My mum was so happy she nearly cried, so I had to come back to give her some love!! We can't thank you enough Kevin , you've made my mum and dad so happy, I even got my lick from mum!! I'm happy and calm after only one day,even in the evening when mum was brave and took me out on her own off the lead !! I would recommend you to any doggies I meet who need your help ! Keep up the good work, and I will keep trying to remember my place in the pack, I'm sure mum and dad will work hard to keep up what I've learnt !! Slobbers from Nelson :)

Hello, my name is Warren and I'm an adorable Springer Spaniel. When my beloved owner passed away a few months ago, I thought my world had come to an end, but then my next door neighbour took me in. She is ok, but she is a CAT person, and she had no idea what to do with me. We were ok on walkies, but when she left me, I was in despair. And all my life I'd been told that cats are evil and that I must chase them, and it was all very confusing. Luckily she called help and learned how to talk to me. I'm so much happier now - I can sleep peacefully, I don't feel so lost anymore, and I can even be persuaded to share the sofa with the cat. Thank you, Kevin, you were amazing! Thanks to you, even an old Springer spaniel can learn new tricks and be happy again. You changed our lives for the better!

AMAZING!! Whilst we appreciated we were the root cause of the dogs' problems, we didn't know how best to fix it! Kevin taught us to "speak dog" and re-assert ourselves as pack leader with some very simple, but highly effective techniques. We truly can't thank him enough

We were really surprised to see such a quick change of behaviour in our dog. Kevin made the whole process easy to understand and follow. We know that we have our work cut out as Scrappy is 'very strong willed' but we are determined to stick with it as we can already see the benefits.

Training went really well and we were so shocked at the difference with the two dogs at the end of the first 3 hours !!!!

Lady responded must faster than we ever expected. I was quite nervous how lady would react to Kevin arriving, but he was brilliant with her and she calmed down very quickly. I already feel like I have a different dog and have been left feeling confident in maintaining what we have learned and moving forward with her training. I can't wait to see how much improved we are in a few weeks time.

The minute Kevin arrived he was very friendly and when it came to show us techniques to help our litte dog he was very clear with how to do it. I wish we called him earlier because he worked wonders with her

I can't believe how immediate the difference was in the behaviour of our dogs. It is as if a weight has been lifted off our shoulders. In a matter of minutes we were able to take back leadership in our own home. Kevin was totally professional, extremely likeable, very knowledgeable and delivered the results we badly needed with no fuss and in 1 session. Thank you Kevin.

Kevin was extremely clear, he took us through our paces and we were astonished how quickly Molly responded. Left to our own devices we are achieving a 90% success rate with her and aim to make that 100%. It is very reassuring we can always call if we need more support. Kevin was great fun and we enjoyed our session. I have a feeling Molly is probably not quite as keen but with her improvement life will be a lot less stressful. A huge THANK YOU.

After just one session we noticed a considerable difference in Alfie's attitude. In fact he seemed quite happy.He seems alot more relaxed in the house and calmer in general. I'm very pleased with things so far and hopefully with a bit more work things will improve even more thanks to kevin.

Kevin gave a really clear description of the method of training used ,and why it is effective. The presentation was excellent and very informative. His control and confidence with our dogs was excellent, as was his demonstration of the techniques used. I am determined to make this work for Luca and Meg , as this will make our relationship with them much more positive and rewarding for both dogs and humans. Thank you very much Kevin, you have enabled me to see a way forward for us into the future.

Excellent, helpful, Kevin was really approachable and Ted has changed already. Training instructions sensible and easy to follow. We feel reassured and more relaxed.
