Shauna was very patient and understanding. She showed us a technique to stop our lurcher from barking and it did work and we were impressed. He started off well but I think this is definitely going to be a work in progress. I would recommend Bark Busters.

The training provided by Shauna was excellent. One week in and these simple and effective training methods have made a huge difference already to our dogs behaviours. Both dogs have enjoyed learning as have we!

The lesson was really good. Shauna was very helpful and explained why my dog was behaving like he was and how what we're going to do is going to fix this. She was very clear and precise but also very friendly and informative and explained how follow up sessions would work and if we had any questions that we could contact her before our next check up

Shauna clearly has a wealth of experience and knowledge. The lesson was informative with opportunity for practise which included simple directions and support.
Most importantly, I felt much more confident about what to do even though it is likely to take some time to improve and succeed.

First visit we found extremely helpful we are now able to walk with Rosie without her wondering left to right. Shauna left us with some very useful tips / homework and we are looking forward to our next appointment walk to help her with socialisation.

I was very impressed with the speed at which she calmed our dog Lunar, and the clarity of her instructions. The process was so logical and direct and very effective. It has changed how people feel about entering our home and has changed my wife's relationship with the dog.

Amazing!! Within 15 minutes Shauna was getting Boss to do things I'd tryed for 6 years. I have been doing the training Shauna showed me on the 1st visit, I would say he's 70% better behaved in the house and garden. The barking has stopped. 2nd visit from Shauna is today I think she will be impressed.
