Shauna was absolutely amazing. Very understanding with no judgement on poor Zulu's reactive anxiety. Shauna gave us clear instructions on some exercises to work on and followed up with videos of Shauna doing the exact same lessons on her own dogs so we understood exactly what to do. So far, Zulu has responded straight away to these exercises which fills us with such confidence that we can get Zulu back to the happy boy he was prior to being attacked by another dog. Looking forward to our next session with Shauna (AKA the dog whisperer).

What a pleasure it was to discover that there was some one out there to guide me through the maze of dog training. Shauna was very easy to talk to and put a lot of my fears to rest, the advice given was very easy to under stand and explained in layman`s terms. Having put some of the idea`s into practice, (early day`s yet) they made total sense and already have changed the dog`s behaviour and my way of doing training.

Absolutely loved Shauna, she listened to our needs and gave feedback and guidance on everything we asked. I thought I would feel a little silly, but Shauna made me feel at ease and comfortable and confident with our puppy.

Shauna is a very polite, knowledgeable and professional trainer. Dakota responded very well to the first lesson. Not only training in behavior but advising on body language for both owner and dog alongside advice with food and treats. An all encompassing service of which we could see the difference in a matter of hours. We are looking forward to our next lesson and could not recommend Shauna highly enough.

Absolutely amazing, 5 days after our 1 2 1 with Shauna, our Roy is walking calmer with little to no reaction to people or other dogs on our walks. Prior to this, he barked and lunged at every person and dog. We have even stopped to talk to neighbours, we needed to use the refocus word just once, one time he even laid on the grass till we finished!

We were very impressed with Shauna. Her advice was all sensible & she had a calm & patient attitude & a sense of humour. We are continuing with the training exercises &, on the whole, are seeing improvements with our dog.

Shauna was immediately friendly and put us at ease as we were very aware that the training was more for us humans than our gorgeous Bear dog. As Bear is a recent adoption addition to our family we wanted to better understand his body language and needs. Mainly his random dislike to certain dogs but love of others and how to teach him lead etiquette instead of pulling. We've had one session with Shauna, and suffice to say Bear is already making strides of improvement as we are better equipped to communicate our requirements to him. Shauna was informative and very prepared for the elements we'd requested help with, her techniques are kind and clear for the dog & Bear instantly respected her. We were certain she was magic! A true dog whisperer. It was extremely useful and fascinating to learn about the differences in food options and how they affect your dog / different body language signals / wording that helps humans be clear to dogs etc. We can't wait for our next session and the group walks. Just brilliant. I had got to the stage where I didn't want to go out for walks with Digger. Shauna has now given me the confidence to go walking with him. She was so approachable, made me feel relaxed. I loved the way Shauna would model strategies so that I could see how it could be done. Thank you Shauna
